COMMUNITY RULES YOU NEED TO FOLOW:

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check the Massanutten Village website or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
- Leash always required when outside.
- Clean up after your pets.
TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
- Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840


➞ 24/7 self-check-in using a digital lock.
(Instructions are provided on arrival day for easy access)

➞ We are not a resort-owned unit, so we are considered "general public" to the resort. You can buy day-pass in resort recreation centers. Please call the resort for more details.

➞ Please note that the playhouse, dart or other activities are for your entertainment only. We do not assume liability if you injure yourself while using these facilities. Please use them at your own risk.

➞ The central AC only being available on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor bedroom and basement have split system units for cooling. The rest of the area relies on the circulation of cool air.

➞ Both fireplaces are for decorative purposes. They are not functional.

➞ For your safety, we have security cameras facing outside of the house, as well as noise and temperature monitors inside the house to help us manage remotely.

➞ Key rules to follow include:

✘ NO SMOKING/VAPING/MARIJUANA INSIDE OR WITHIN 15FT OF THE PROPERTY
✘ NO PETS (Please make appropriate arrangements for your furry friends)
