House is in a great location. Spacious and the game room is great. Auper close to the Waterpark. Kitchen has nice cookware and linens ans towels are provided. Love the enclosed porch on the lower levwl.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and I'll definitely return. It is always clean, convenient and the host responds promptly to any concerns or questions you may have. The game room is lots of fun and the screened in porch is very relaxing. It's also very affordable compared to other rentals in the area.

This is our second time staying at Paula’s, and we’ll definitely be back! The game room is spacious and a huge hit with both the adults and the kids. The home is always spotless, warm, and inviting. Paula is incredibly responsive and truly goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

This was a spacious house that provided everything needed for our two families. The kids (and adults) had so much fun in the game room and using the downstairs space while the adults enjoyed the main floor. The covered deck was great for watching the rain and relaxing. All the amenities you need are there, and the house was well maintained and convenient to access. Access to the Massanutten resort was a huge plus, and the families enjoyed the pool at the resort. Great place overall!

The home was IMMACULATE. Spotless. The directions to the home were clear and easy to follow. Paula responded quickly to any questions I had. My only thoughts--if you need extra toilet paper--you have to buy it. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/small appliances and dishes. I would just tell people that there is no coffee (or pods) and no extras--flour, sugar etc.. If you plan to cook, you will need to buy just about everything. They do have a nice selection of spices.The Massanutten Resort would be good for a family. Pools, splash park, spa, skiing etc..It is only about 20" from Shenandoah NP which is HUGE. Many activities for hikers and families.

It always pays to read the (Home Page Description). We provide started Paper items. Paper towels and toilet paper. Flower and sugar would be a problem. No one wants to use flower and sugar or coffee that has been open by other guest. I don't know how we would supply coffee pods everyone likes different kinds of coffee. I have never had any one complain about these things. I don't know any short term rental that does this at Massanutten.

We had a great stay! The place was super clean, well-stocked with great amenities, and the gaming tables downstairs were a huge hit. The location was perfect—just minutes from skiing and the waterpark. Would definitely stay again!

If you have any reservations about staying here, don’t worry. I wish I had discovered this property earlier in my daughter’s college journey at JMU. We've stayed in various hotels, townhouses, and condos at the Massanutten resort, but this home far exceeds those experiences. It was exceptionally clean, unlike some of the others we encountered. Paula was always available and very responsive during our stay.If you’re looking for a family-friendly place with plenty of space and amenities, this is the ideal spot. Don’t hesitate—this is the perfect place to stay!
