Very Attentive Owner and Great Location

Enjoyed staying here while our daughter was returning back to SMU. It was the perfect place for us. Close to everything we needed. There was something that needed attention and when I notified the owner it was immediately taken care of.

Great Location

The location was perfect for our needs. Lots of restaurants, shops and stores nearby. The property was very clean and well maintained. Elias was a great host! Was quick to respond to our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Dallas.

Close to SMU

The unit had everything anyone would need. Great location close to SMU. Very clean. It is a little noisy on the weekends because of proximity to a couple of bars. And it’s right by a commuter train track. There is a parking spot in the garage that felt very safe.

My only issue was that the door leading to the balcony did not close nor lock, we would come in most times and the door would be open it was definitely a safety issue but please keep in mind we were on the 4th floor it was super cute the beds were soft and comfy

Perfect location for our visit to SMU!

This property is obviously well maintained. Sheets, towels, pillows and all other amenities were in great condition. I have no complaints other than the water pressure in bathroom sinks and showers is quite low. I'm guessing the owner may not have control over this. It may have impacted the cleanliness of dishes coming out of the dishwasher as well.

Long weekend in Dallas

Stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who is a student at SMU. Location is ~1 mile to campus and a very easy walk. The property was clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Lots of space for our family of 3. The property is close to several restaurants and a coffee shop. Only con: the condo is in close proximity to the DART with trains going by frequently. In addition, there is a lot of noise from the bar below the condo which stayed open until 2 AM. The noise did not bother us and we were still able to sleep without difficulty. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible booking

I received an email at 2 am the day of arrival to Dallas that the owner canceled our booking due to HOA regulation changes. I don’t know of too many HOAs that meet during the wee hours of the night on a Saturday. I spent my entire travel day trying to arrange last minute accommodations which made for an unnecessarily stressful day. The owner should have handled this better.
