This hidden gem is located in the upbeat heart of lower Greenville!
A great location in Dallas as it is near one of the most historic bar districts in Lower Greenville! Also close to Knox Henderson, Deep Ellum, and other great Dallas attractions.
Great for night life! Take an evening stroll to one of the local restaurants, or maybe even grab a drink at one of the walkable bars! Plenty of shops to swing by during the day as well!

The home is a very cozy townhouse that doesn’t disappoint! The kitchen is beautiful and extremely open. The bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. It really is a little “Hidden Gem” for your time spent here in Dallas, Texas!

Parking on the street is available.
AC- Adjust the temperature as you please but DO NOT lower past 68 Degrees or over 80 as this will damage the unit.
TV- We do not have cable TV. Just Netflix and Apple TV. It's turned on using the main remote and Apple TV remote.

Perfect location to be able to walk to get groceries and enjoy the shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries and the best gelato we’ve tasted. We walked to the main strand a few times a day it was so convenient. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The beds were so comfortable and everything was immaculate. We will definitely stay at Jacobs place again he was very accommodating and responsive.

Beautiful home, very comfortable. We felt at home during our stay over Thanksgiving. Wonderful location, walkable to many shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Having a garage and lots of open space for the family was great. My husband also appreciated the desk and extra monitor when he needed to get a little work done. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dallas.

We enjoyed our stay here in Lower Greenville. It’s a great location within easy walking distance to anything you need along the popular Lower Greenville restaurant/bar scene. It’s a quiet townhome with all the amenities you will need. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Amazing Location

The townhouse was very clean and spacious. It's just a 5-7 min walk to restaurants and bars on Greenville Ave. I highly recommend Voodoo Donuts!!

Beautiful Modern Home

We enjoyed our stay! The house was nicely decorated & felt cozy. Beware of the 2 sets of stairs with heavy luggage. The garage for our rental car was a plus! The WiFi did go out half way thru our stay but we still had cell service so all good. Master bathroom & closest are stunning and nice that there’s a half bath on the main floor. Currently there is construction directly next door that starts in the morning but the location makes it easy to get around. Would def recommend!

Property Was Not Ready At Arrival

The property is located by construction next door on new properties. When we arrived the place had not been cleaned from the previous tenants stay and we had to go to Walmart to waste time until it was ready.

Great stay, short walk to fun

Property was as advertised! Short 7 min walk to restaurants/bars. Very clean. Tvs in each room, easy to use, also with Netflix. The beds and linens were fabulous. Keurig coffee machine available. Safe and quiet neighborhood with parking available in driveway. The master bath did not have a hairdryer. The water does not get very hot so if you enjoy super hot showers or baths, don't expect that. It is hot enough for a comfortable shower though. The host was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. We were very happy with the space and will definitely consider this property again.

The house was perfect! I love having a garage so I don’t have to worry about my car or myself when I travel alone! It’s very centrally located! Jacob was awesome to deal with too! The house had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable!
