Our place is in a perfect location that delivers access to the best of the Sacramento region! It's easy to get to from I-80 and less than 10 minutes to Golden 1 Center and the heart of downtown Sac. We have New furniture including new beds that will comfortably sleep 8. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and New stainless steel appliances for your use. It's been recently painted and has all new flooring. You can also enjoy soaking in our hot tub after a long day.

Our home is perfect for travelers, families, and business people. We are only 2.5 miles from downtown Sacramento, the Convention Center, Golden One Arena and 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport. The home is also 2 miles from Sutter Health Park, home of the Rivercats baseball team! We are less than 2 miles from Ikea and the Riverpoint Marketplace with lots of shopping and many dining options.

Guests will be given a unique code for the keypad prior to arrival.

Needs a little work

So this place wasn't the best but wasn’t the worst. We made it work and worked around some things. The pros to it were it had a hot tub that worked but just took a while to warm up. The house had comfortable beds and pillows that made me want to stay in bed all day. The house had good AC. The cons were the house stunk really bad like a water leakage. That wasn’t an issue for us after a few days cuz it kinda went away. The dishwasher doesn’t work. It has an error on it. We just hand washed everything so it wasn't too much of a big deal for us. I did message the host about it too. The freezer is also either broken or missing a shelf so it makes it not have much freezer room. The host knows about the freezer as well. Like I said me and my guest worked around some things but this stay overall was cute inside. You do have access to the garage as well. It was a good stay but I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

NOT WORTH IT. Misleading Listing and Poorly Maintained Property

We were very disappointed with our stay. The house is in a shady neighborhood. It was dirty and clearly not ready for guests. Couches, chairs, and towels were stained, no dish soap and no silverware (imagine!), and we had to search for towels. The pans were badly scratched Teflon which is unsafe to use.The hot tub, the main reason we booked, was unusable: the water was literally green and smelled bad. Walls and ceiling were dirty, the towel rack was broken, and nothing looked like the photos. They claim new furniture, but everything was old and worn.On top of that, I had to call ten minutes before check-in just to get the entry code. Despite the poor condition, the owner refused a late checkout. Before booking, he made us wait 24 hours, asked for the purpose of our trip, and requested names and ages of all guests, info that felt overly personal. With all those steps, I expected a professional experience. Instead, we felt misled and ignored. Not worth the price.

Sketchy and run down

When I booked this house I assumed it was in a nice neighborhood considering the strict rules, price range, and questions from property management. When we arrived, we noticed this home is in the same neighborhood as a rundown trailer park. The house looked OK, but once inside we noted large black stains on the sofa, damage to the table, dents and scratches all over the fridge, end tables, walls, and a plywood base to the master bed. The toilet seat in the first bathroom is yellow and chipping. The shower curtain is dirty and gross. The left side of the kitchen sink doesnt drain. The hottub was what we looked forward to most and it was old, rundown, and dirty. While we we were there a construction crew was in the back yard tearing out the fence, which wasn't communicated to us. When we asked about it, I was asked for photo proof, and not given any explanation or apologies. I made it clear we were 4 women traveling alone when I booked and safety was my priority. This made us unable to use the back yard the majority of the time while on our trip. There is zero privacy or security in that back yard now. This is my worst rental experience. There were fireworks or gunshots at night. The dishes were dirty upon arrival. The towels were old and gross. This is clearly a not cared for property. The photos make it look much nicer than it really is. I wished we could have canceled when we got there.

Misleading Listing of Property

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! This house is not the relaxing retreat the host advertises. Listing says, “3-bedroom house that sleeps 7-8”. Each of the 3 bedrooms had queen size beds. It had no pull-out bed. As for the “new furniture”, there was only old, dirty, outdated furniture throughout the house. Living Room sofa and chair were stained. The sofa, chair, and barstools were completely different than those pictured in listing and noticeably stained. One chair had a cigarette burn in the seat. The garbage disposal did not work. The sink water was slow to drain. The Keurig had no coffee pods, there were regular coffee grounds, but no traditional coffee maker. The refrigerator door is damaged and the ice maker is not attached to a water outlet; therefore, no ice. Master Bedroom’s queen size mattress sat on plywood on top of a king size frame attached to an upholstered headboard that was filthy! The “All New Flooring” came with several noticeable dips and is unleveled throughout the house. Also, there was construction materials in the attached garage which was a mess. This rental house lacked curb appeal. Front and backyard grass was all dying and/or dead. Porch had an old looking “Welcome” mat on top of a filthy outdoor rug that covered a huge crack in the cement. The neighborhood was sketchy and uninviting. We were afraid to go outside at night. We didn’t even feel safe enough to use the backyard hot tub, which had an old cover that with standing water and dirt on top.
