This is a fabulous place. Very clean comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy and checkout was easy as well. Loved our stay and would love to be back.

Mini Vac

Easy check in and stay. Nice back yard for dog and close to parks for walking. Kitchen and baths had essentials.Anchor was quick to respond to any questions. Close to airport and downtown Sacramento, with shopping close by. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice, quite and clean. The house was very clean. Access to the house was easy. And the owner answered the phone the first time when we had a question.

Graduation trip

Love the floor plan of the house and the location was perfect for trips back and forth to Davis. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a jail back relaxed home like atmosphere.

My stay

This home is well kepted up and very clean. Loved the neighborhood it was quiet. Anytime I needed an answer to anything within a few minutes I'd get an answer. I would stay there again if I'm visiting Sacramento.

Overall acceptable. No information was given ahead of time regarding checkin process and no information was provided for the Wifi, so had to direct message the owner for these. They were actually pretty quick to respond. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, backyard is great with multiple fruit trees. A number of small repairs needed to be done, such as loose door handles and crooked shelves. Despite this, the house was in good working order. There may have been a small animal in the attic, as I heard something scurrying around above the kitchen. have been

Possible Scam Alert

We reserved this home for 3 months while working in the area. The house was filthy at check in.... An old bed frame was on the floor held up by 2×4's upon entering the master bedroom.The beds had no CLEAN linen on them, no bed bug protection, and what pillows that were on the beds were smelly, and yellow stained, again with no bed bug, or saliva protection on them. What appeared to be mice feces, and urine was in kitchen cabinets, and on floors.The stove and oven were covered in months of greese. There were 4 towels for a house that advertised sleeps 6. There was No screen on sliding back door (found it destroyed in back yard), no window coverings on bathroom windows. Most all of the Amenities listed for the property are NOT in/at the house to include a hot tub (now missing from listing) play yard, or the kitchenette. We asked the host upon arrival to fix, clean and provide ammenities published or refund our stay. We gave him 24 hrs to clean, repair, prepare the house as advertised. The house was too gross of condition to stay in. We asked owner/host to let us out of our reservation and issue a refund and he agreed he would charge us for only days we had to stay while we found another property. We bought our own linen and slept on the couchs (not as gross as beds). We had to file a credit card dispute for our "refund in full that the host told us he'd be giving us...but didn't. There is 1 anonymous 5 star review on this scam house...no doubt entered by the scammers.

This lady does fraud don’t rent to her , she is liar and will ruin your property make your life hell . Read the reviews on Airbnb never had a problem no one ever said anything about a hot tub this lady scouts property’s to do fraud , her daughter came and looked at the property two months in advance never mentioned any of the things she mentioned . She is the definition of a Karen.
