Spanning two levels, a chic interior offers an inviting upstairs living area with a smart TV; streaming is available using your account. A full kitchen showcases granite countertops, maple cabinets, and upscale stainless steel appliances.

Find each well-appointed bedroom downstairs. The primary suite wows with a sleek en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower with skylights and bench seating, and direct access to the pool area. A den with a wood stove provides additional sleeping space with two daybeds with trundles. Glass doors open to a screened porch - a perfect perch amid the trees!

This home is close to wine tasting and Michelin-star dining. Nearby attractions include downtown Cloverdale (2.2 miles), Dry Creek Valley (12.8 miles), Russian River (17.9 miles), Healdsburg (19.9 miles), and Alexander Valley (25.2 miles).

Please note, home is tri-level and there are stairs between the floors.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is not heated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
