Poli Place = Perfection!

Oh my heavens I cannot say enough about this charming little slice of Southren California beach town perfection. We LOVED our stay at Poli Place! It's vibrant jewel tone Mid-Century Modern decor is so cheerful and welcoming and the home is super clean and cozy! The location is incredible, very safe and so close to downtown main street shops & dining, local beaches, the Ventura Botanical Gardens, Arroyo Verde Park, Grant's Park and my favorite Foothill Road, a gently winding road that runs through miles of gorgeous avocado and citrus groves and leads me to my childhood home. Jenny is a gracious host who has thought of every detail to make your stay extra special. Thank you for a very lovely stay- I hope to be back soon!

Friends and Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time at the Poli Pad. It is centrally located to downtown and the beach. The house is a decorators dream home. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook all your meals. There was a brand new grill in the fully enclosed back yard. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds. There’s a tv in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi. Tons of books. Lots of games…and candy for the young and not as young adults. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive. My only regret is that I didn’t stay here longer. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Mid-Century Modern

My family and I had a great Thanksgiving while staying at this property. The backyard was simple and enjoyable. No complaints.
