Welcome to a sailor’s dream home. Over 2,500 square feet located in Ventura’s most exclusive and nautical waterfront community, the Ventura Keys. You’ll be close to “Little Beach” and “Big Beach” to enjoy calming waters and sunbathing. Reserve this special property by Paradise Retreats during the holidays to watch the “Parade of Lights” celebration with festively decorated boats.

The split-level home features a formal Dining Room, Living Room, Breakfast Nook, and Great Room that includes a Sleeper Sofa. The spacious second-story Primary Suite is complete with a fireplace, balcony, and large Ensuite Bathroom. Two additional Bedrooms and a hall Bathroom upstairs. There’s more than enough room for family to enjoy waterfront dinners while watching the boats sail by.

Great location & beautiful house

We enjoyed staying in this house :) it is spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, close to the beach, and just a few minutes drive from Ventura Harbor.

We had a lovely stay. It is a shame that you can’t gain access to the water directly. We loved the outside patio fire as the evenings were quite cool. Great location and worked well for us to visit family

A great place to enjoy

Our family gathered for a reunion. This house provided us a homey space to all be together in a beautiful location. Close to beach, harbor, and downtown. A jewel of a find.

Beautiful neighborhood and great views off the back deck. Enjoyed seeing the seal, spotting rays and scoping out the sharks.

Fun & active getaway

the Property was pleasant to hang in. Quiet, serene. Neighbors were very nice. Being on the water was ideal and the paddle boards were appreciated. Great location. We rented bikes and biked to stores, coffee, the pier.

Ventura Keys House

This is our second stay this summer at the Ventura Keys house. It is an excellent home, well appointed and ready for you to just bring your luggage in. Close to shopping and eateries. Looking forward to another visit soon. My son and daughter in-law and myself as well highly recommend this property.

Relaxing stay in Ventura

Property was in a great location with the view of the boating docks. Lots of sun light filtering through the transom window above the entrance provided a cheery start to each day. Furnishing had a cozy vibe that helped us enjoy our stay. All amenities are close by. Property management was quite helpful as well. Would definitely stay again.

Ventura Keys Gem

This is a great rental! We stayed here for 2 weeks and had family visiting at different times during our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the beautiful outdoor space overlooking the Keys. The location is not only beautiful but convenient to everything. We hope to stay here again some time!

Paceful villa on canal front

The location is beautiful, right in front of the canal. The house is fully equipped with everything and very confortable. Unfortunately it’s the only house without its own pier.

Friends Running Weekend

First time visit to Ventura area. We traveled to the area for the Mountains to Beach Marathon. The house was perfect for us. Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming (even invited us over for a birthday party).

Family stay (3 month stay)

This place is wonderful! The location can’t be beat. Right on the water! The community is fantastic! Big beach is great for kids and adults. The house is big and nice. The water is beautiful. There are paddle boards and kayaks for everyone to enjoy. The communication with the property manager is great. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to stay again. Thank you!

Family Time

Didn’t want to leave. This is a great property for family fun. Access to kayak and paddle boards right off the back deck. Minutes from the beach and shops. Neighbors are very friendly. We would definitely stay at this property again. Only complaint was the TVs are too complicated for those of us who don’t have all the apps and subscriptions.

Cleanliness

Dishes, glasses and silverware were heavenly stained with hard water sports. It was an embarrassment for our guests to have to use them. We tried to clean the best we could. Also if you touch the fridge display wrong it would shut the fridge off.

Mostly good, with recommendations.

Nice home. Neat, clean, great location for former sailors! The most obvious discrepancy was many burned out light bulbs. Kitchen counter bulbs out. Lamps in family room and living room. The family room tv/remote was a challenge. No standard on screen menu and no directions in the house manual. To get the on screen curser, we had to shake the remote. Seemed strange. Finally found the streaming services, but not regular news/ entertainment scheduling. It was frustrating. Fridge ice maker not working. Loose toilet in guest upstairs bathroom. Some walls need repainting. Carpets should either be deep cleaned or replaced. We point these items out not to complain, but improve for future renters. We left a day early, FYI.

Lovely Keys Home

Beautiful, well-kept home with everything you need for a nice stay - located right in the Ventura Keys! Water access is just a few steps from the patio door, dock, paddle boards and kayak waiting for your visit.
