House rules:
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside of the house. Smoking allowed outside of the house ONLY.
• Respect check-in and check-out times (We will let you know ahead when there is a possibility for early check-in or late checkout).
• No use of marijuana or other illegal substances allowed on the premises of the property.
• No parties allowed.
• All overnight guests shall be stated in your reservation.
• No loud music or disturbances, especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am).

Penalty fees for breaking rules:
Breaking any of the house rules will result in penalty fee of $250 for every rule broken and possibly cancelation of your reservation.

• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We shall not be responsible for any items left behind.
• Bedding and/or decor may change with the season.

Entire home is available for guests (except one closet on main level (used to store some supplies), attic and storage unit on the backyard).
