The host was super helpful and the property was as expected. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The greatest perk was each bedroom having its own full bathroom and a bonus half bathroom on the 1st floor.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and quiet. We had plenty of outside space to walk our dogs and loved sitting on the back deck with them. Everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom. Looking forward to coming back!

Parking was wonderful, there even was a garage door opener that we brought with us in our van which made coming and going very easy, it was just like being at home . Kitchen could use more silverware and a coffee maker with a pot instead of individual pods . A blender would also be nice . The electric outlets in down stairs master bathroom kept tripping breakers if you used more then one outlet.

This was the perfect house for our family while in Augusta attending my son's wedding. The house had a great kitchen and den to gather in. Each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom and everything was super clean. Very convenient to our activities in the downtown area.

Perfect place for guys trip to the Masters

4 of us came in for a few nights to attend the Masters and this place was great! Each of us had our own bedroom AND bathroom. It was less than a 10 min drive to Augusta National and the host was super prompt with any reply.

Graduation weekend success

First off the unit was AMAZING! There was a small hiccup with a miscommunication but was quickly resolved. Booked this stay for my family to come in town for my college graduation and it was enough space for everyone to enjoy! Thank you again and definitely will book and refer.

Family Wedding

We had seven adults together to attend a family wedding. The house was perfectly accommodating for us. We were in and out for events. We did not have any meals at the property, but the kitchen appeared to be “cook friendly.” Thankful for the keurig!

Horrible

After our first night of stay the following day around 1pm, I received a call asking us to leave the property because of complaints and police was called to our stay during the past night in which was not true. I explained and tried communicating with the host David but he was very rude , not understanding also very bad attitude. However I contacted Vrbo in which we went for hours trying to resolve the matter of not leaving in which he do not want to give a refund. However do not book this property.

This guest had guests over that were loudly yelling sexually explicit language while drunk between 2am and 6am in the morning which caused other neighbors to call me to complain about them. She denied it at first but when VRBO was on the phone, she admitted it was one of her guests who would not stay there another night. Therefore I allowed them to stay one more night. However, I would not recommend hosting this guest or anyone related to her. After she left, she called her credit card company and told them that I fraudulently charged her for staying at the house because she had not stayed there. The credit card company filed a dispute even though she stayed there and obviously lied to the company, me and VRBO.
