The design and decor was beautiful. The dining light over the table is gorgeous! Balcony and view was brilliant. The bedroom mattress was as if I was on a cloud. Ease access to the towns!

Property area is excellent. Within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf which is great. The room will need to be touched up before long but with that being said, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget friendly stay is Sandestin.

This unit was furnished beautifully, but needed some repairs. Like many guest previously mentioned, there are NO curtains and this makes it very difficult to sleep back sunrise. The walls needs to be repainted and the sofa couch is really worn. Overall a great stay, though.

Only thing is there’s no transportation to beach and no beach chairs!! Make sure you know that beforehand to make accommodations for yourself accordingly!

All-inclusive resort community

Spent 3 days relaxing at this resort-style community. Bike riding around the property and to the beach was enjoyable. Pool was very nice with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Room was exactly as pictured with pretty views from the balcony.

Awesome place for a vacation !!

We love this place because it was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is spacious which I like most. I highly recommend it to anyone cause it’s a perfect place to spend your vacation !

Extremely Comfy

First off the place is super comfy and with a home feel. I would book again. There are however some things that need addressing. Some things that I would correct: The place needs blackout curtains like YESTERDAY. It’s wonderful sleeping in that bed until that sun hits you at 5:45 in the morning. The living room TV cuts off sometimes. Not sure if it’s a faulty cable. Could be. It’s nice having a coffee maker but a Keriug would be much better. Also, it could be from the moisture when it’s not rented out but some of the vinyl planks on the floor need to be fixed or replaced. The ones by the door and the kitchen slide when stepping on them. Some of the lamps did not work. Probably need new bulbs. Other than that the room was perfect. They provide you with what you need for the essentials. Very convenient being right off the elevator and really don’t ever have to leave the resort unless going to the beach or wanting to explore Destin. My wife and I would definitely book again!

Beautiful area

The property was well kept both inside and outside. It was lacking in kitchen utensils. We bought some during our 1-month stay. I called asking for a broom. They brought me the broom, but not a dustpan. I guess I needed to specify that. Checking in was a nightmare. They failed to send any info to get our QR code to get in the parking garage. There’s no one on-site to help. We were on the phone for an hour and a half and had to call several different times to get results. There are local Vacasa offices. But no one at any of them. The phone number we called was out of state. They weren’t helpful at all. They finally gave me a local number to call. Oops! They handle everything electronically. I think they assume everybody knows what to do. Instructions were unclear for a new visitor. I’m so glad we didn’t check in on the dark. That would have made it much worse. It was bad anyway.

Modern decor quiet private condo corner vid of golf course

Condo exactly as per photos. Clean, quiet and a very comfortable space. Balcony view is relaxing and private with a corner view of a golf course. Shared pool at the back of building is pleasant and not heated in March. Condo is in a great location. Baytowne Village is a 10 minute walk out of the back door of the building. Many great golf courses in the Sandestin community, excellent shopping, restaurants and Publix Grocery store all within a 10 minute drive in this gated community. Would come again to this condo.

Disappointing Experience

If you are ok with waking up with the crack of dawn in the morning then this property is for you. Thinking we could sleep in during our vacation we were sadly wrong as the morning sunlight woke us each morning by 7am, what a bummer. Sheer curtains as window coverings only as the blackout curtains had been removed. When speaking with the management company the day we arrived they offered no solution and indicated it was up to the owner of the property to put the removed curtains back up which did not happen during our stay. We will not book this property again and recommend if you want to sleep in later than sunrise you book a different property as well!

The property was beautifully decorated and inviting. We immediately felt at home. The unit actually exceeded our expectations in terms size, location, decor. It was docked with everything needed to come in, unpack and enjoy. I am already recommending to family and friends. Thanks for being a important part of our time away.

Great place!

The room was spacious and clean. It would be 5 star except that the shower stopper was very difficult to pull up and the toilet was sensitive to being overfilled so caution was needed flushing the toilet
 however, we loved everything else as well as the convenience of the resort amenities!
