My family, especially 17 year old grandson, enjoyed the pools most daily. He swam into the dark hours and we made memories together poolside. I would love to make a few recommendations if you are open. Lots of positive things to say about the home and we appreciate you trusting us to stay here.

Host makes visit a pleasure. Decorated for Christmas for our stay, grandkids loved it. Great for the family. Went out of way to replace chimnea for famiy fireplace gathering in the evening. I would highly recommend for families.

Outstanding! The home was very clean, and well stocked. There were even water bottles in the fridge when we arrived. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs and very easy to access grocery and dining options. I highly recommend this property.

The host was very responsive and welcoming, the basic toiletries were all available, it was clean but, the house is not in good shape, really needs some TLC and sprucing.

During our communication through the VRBO messaging system, this concern wasn’t mentioned, so we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to address it during your stay. After your departure, we personally visited the property and noted a few areas that could benefit from touch-up paint. Beyond that, we weren’t able to identify any significant issues, but we absolutely appreciate your perspective. We’ve hosted many guests since your stay across multiple platforms and have consistently received positive feedback, though we understand that expectations can vary from guest to guest. Fabulous home!

We stayed here for our daughter’s high school graduation weekend so we could enjoy time with our MS family! It was everything we needed and our stay was great! Will definitely stay here again when needed.

Family visit

We stayed here while visiting family in Texas and had such a wonderful stay. The house is close to the park and our family enjoyed the back yard area with the pool! The host was very responsive and we will absolutely stay here for future stays when visiting family!

Wonderful Place!

This was the perfect place for our family. Everyone loved the pool and the house was so nice. They even had a pack n play, crib, and high chair.

Game changer for visiting Beaumont

We visit family in Beaumont and could never find a hotel we liked. This property made our visit so enjoyable, we might visit more than once a year. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. Communication with property manager was flawless. Will definitely be staying here again.
