My family, especially 17 year old grandson, enjoyed the pools most daily. He swam into the dark hours and we made memories together poolside. I would love to make a few recommendations if you are open. Lots of positive things to say about the home and we appreciate you trusting us to stay here.

The host was very responsive and welcoming, the basic toiletries were all available, it was clean but, the house is not in good shape, really needs some TLC and sprucing.

Hi Katie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt the home needed some additional TLC. During our communication through the VRBO messaging system, this concern wasn’t mentioned, so we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to address it during your stay. After your departure, we personally visited the property and noted a few areas that could benefit from touch-up paint. Beyond that, we weren’t able to identify any significant issues, but we absolutely appreciate your perspective. We’ve hosted many guests since your stay across multiple platforms and have consistently received positive feedback, though we understand that expectations can vary from guest to guest. Please know that we take all feedback seriously and will be addressing the items mentioned, as our goal is for every guest to have a 10/10 experience. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we truly hope you and your family have a wonderful New Year. Warm regards, Trent & Sarah

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Beaumont. Open living room & kitchen was perfect for entertaining while cooking. Outside area was spacious and my dog loved running circles in the yard. The neighborhood felt very safe.
