Nanny`s Nest - A Gentle Place to Land

After a lifetime of giving love to her family and friends, Nanny knew exactly what it meant to need a `gentle place to land.` We built Nanny`s Nest to carry on her beautiful legacy and share that exact feeling of sanctuary with you.

As you enjoy your stay, we hope you feel her joyful spirit, share some laughter of your own, and find your own perfect place to rest. We truly pray you make memories to carry on the Legacy of Love this home represents.

The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with plush, well-designed living spaces, and very comfortable and luxurious beds. The chef`s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. There are gathering areas inside and outside for getting together with family or friends.

As you enter, you`ll find yourself stepping into a serene plush living area in an open-concept family room that flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath; there is a second bathroom centrally located in the hallway; the third bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed; and the fourth bedroom (or `sleeping porch`) is climate-controlled and comfortably furnished for two people with a daybed and trundle and has a private dining or sitting area. The laundry area is conveniently situated in the fourth bedroom.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even 3 comfortably furnished outdoor sitting areas. You`ll also have access to expected amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.

I am readily available to assist guests throughout their stay. Feel free to contact me anytime via the messaging system on the booking platform or by text message. I strive to respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If an unauthorized large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
