Immerse yourself in the beauty of Bear Dance Cabin. This 3 bedroom is newly remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Hang out on our wrap around deck and stare at the sunset. Or take a quick stroll into town or a hike nearby. Everything you need for a soul cleansing vacation is right here. We are close to everything the San Bernardino mountains have to offer yet this location is secluded. Truly a special place to be. Come on up and stay awhile. But NO PETS Please!!
The space
A beautiful space to relax in. The bedrooms are small but with thoughtful details like hooks, hangers and suitcase stands. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare great meals. 2 fireplaces and 2 stories create a space that is sharable and separate. Plus a gas firepit to keep you cozy on the deck. Enjoy the outdoor dining area with serve thru window, allowing to eat dinner over the sparkling city lights below.
Guest access
The property is yours to enjoy. The walk to town is easy. We are a close drive to Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. You can hike directly to Deep Creek Narrows or make yourself at home and relax on our scenic deck!
This property is not suitable for people with a disability that would be difficult to climb stairs at a high altitude. Uneven rough territory as it is the mountains!
Other things to note
This property is not suited for pets. We have Bears on site and in the neighborhood regularly. We also have coyotes and bobcats on property at times. This is NOT safe for pets. We are on a steep slope with no fence. Service animals MUST BE CRATED.

Wonderful relaxing weekend away

We had a wonderful time in this secluded property, enjoying the views and peace and quiet. Hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind after grilling and hiking. Thanks for letting us stay Roni!

Excellent!

Had an amazing time to Roni’s cabin! We enjoyed the fire pit and went hiking and tubing at The Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park. The cabin had everything that we needed.

Wonderful home

Home away from home. Very beautiful place with great view. High quality appliances and very comfortable beds. Host made us feel welcome right away and warming up the home with our last min change in plans. Very clear instructions and guidance. Highly recommend!

Cozy and comfy

It was a great cabin, cozy and very clean! Loved it!!! Only down fault was the stairs to climb with our luggage and food and firewood it was a lot! But worth it!! So pack up in smaller portions! View was amazing

Relaxing Vacation in the Mountains

We had a wonderful time during the 2-day staywe booked. Roni offered a day early check in, shame that we weren't available to check in a day early, it would have been nice. The place is clean and very well kept. Before we checked in, I messaged her if we need to bring toiletries ort towels - she replied everything is provided for. She is 100% right! Everything was indeed provided by her. We had a great stay. We are planning to be back in the spring!

Mountain Getaway

My husband, 8-year-old triplets, and I live at the beach and rarely get to see snow, and at my girls' request, we found the PERFECT cabin in the mountains to get away. It was centrally located in Running Springs, but so quiet and secluded with breathtaking views of the valley and a STUNNING sunset. The home is well cared for (with great structural updates), and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. My family enjoyed game nights around the fireplace and sunsets in the jacuzzi. Roni is quick to respond to communications and is very kind. We WILL be back and have already told friends about this property.

Record breaking snowfall

I was really looking forward to my stay at this cabin in Running Springs, CA, but unfortunately, the roads were closed due to record-breaking snowfall and I had to cancel my trip. Despite the unexpected circumstances, the communication from the host was great and they were very understanding of the situation. They responded quickly to my messages and provided clear instructions on how to cancel my reservation, and even gave me recommendations to other cabins in nearby mountain cities. Although I didn't get to stay at the cabin, I would definitely recommend this host based on their excellent communication and willingness to work with me during a difficult situation.

I have owned this property since 2000. My family and friends have enjoyed this vacation home for many years and we have always shared it with others. It is a very special place in a small town of very friendly people. Most of the time we hardly leave the property as it is so peaceful and relaxing just to be here.

The unique benefits of Bear Dance Cabin is that you feel so secluded and have so much scenery around that it can be easy to forget it's just a quick walk into the quaint town to shop and eat. The wrap around deck makes the place feel double in size and you can see the sunset and scenery from inside and out!
