The Space:
Sitting up on a private hill with beautiful views of Paso Robles, yet less than 5 minutes to the downtown square is PASO PANORAMA. This beautiful single story home has interior design with a midcentury modern feel. A mix of new and vintage gives the home a relaxing atmosphere.  This amazing location is just off the prime Hwy 46 West Wine Trail, yet minutes to downtown. You will enjoy an unforgettable vacation experience in this expansive property and 3 bedroom 2 bath home with game room. The floor plan allows for the bedrooms to be private while others can enjoy the sweeping views from the living area of the home or dine outside on the covered patio with BBQ & fire pit. Spend your downtime in the game room for some billiards, foosball, darts, poker or just sitting at the bar.  Make your day more special by ending it with a soak in the hot tub.  The house has Wi-Fi, Central heating and A/C, Smart TVs, & upscale appliances. This home has everything you could want for a perfect wine country getaway!Â

This home features a fully stocked kitchen. Â Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for 6, at the counter, or outside on the covered patio. Appliances include: Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, Instant Pot, & toaster.Â
This 3-bed/2 bath home is a single story with no stairs. Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom has King Bed, 50â TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed & 43â TV. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed & 43â TV. The hall bath has double vanity with tub/shower.
The living room is large with 75" Smart TV, electric fireplace and VIEWS!
There is a garage game room with a bar, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, poker table and dart board. Â
Outdoor Areas:
The large outdoor space (3 Acres) provides multiple areas for
relaxing, entertaining and beautiful Paso Robles hilltop views. Step through sliding doors that open out to the front patio with seating for 6 or enjoy your time in the hot tub (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival). It sits in a private nook behind the house. The swimming pool 14' x 26' x 4'6" deep and is located in a private fully fenced area behind the house that is accessible through the game room french doors. The pool is not heated. The side of the home is set up for a fun game of corn hole!  There is a gas fire pit in the outdoor dining table as well as a gas grill for BBQ.Â
Additional Amenities:
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Â
Location:
This home is easily accessible to Hwy 46 and 101 and less than 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.
Nearby wineries include J Dusi, Castoro, Austin Hope, Windward, Grey Wolf, Dark Star, or feel free to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer!

This home is NOT pet friendly. There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a Five Hundred dollar fine.
It is our goal to make you feel at home while on vacation or business.  You will receive thorough check-in instructions via VRBO which will include the lockbox or keypad code 3 days prior to your visit to facilitate the easy check-in and check-out process. Upon arrival, easily access your property with a lockbox or keyless door code, no need for an in-person key exchange. Your property has been professionally cleaned and is ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, paper products,  towels, linens, extra blankets, free WiFi, smart functions for televisions, property information guide providing specific home details, local suggestions, WiFi access, TV instructions, check-out instructions and more.
