This cozy unit is located within the second of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort's ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The convenience of this property simply can't be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.

Aspen East #224: Driftwood Lodge is a one bedroom, one bathroom, third floor unit with 32 steps up from parking lot level. Its balcony provides a nice view of the Bryce Resort golf course and Great North Mountain.

This is a charming, fully-renovated third floor condo with stone fireplace. Living area has a panoramic view of Great North Mountain and Bryce Resort Golf Course when the five-foot-wide custom barn door is open. The Dining area is bar seating at the kitchen bar/counter. The huge bedroom as a new queen bed, and additional sleeping capacity is provided by custom bunk beds in living room area (huge hit with kiddos!) This unit comfortably sleeps up to five. You'll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort's facilities. The living room features a substantial stone fireplace, new furnishings, and a smart TV (streaming only via Amazon Firestick). The bedroom also includes a smart TV. The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms, plus washer/dryer combo unit.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

Firewood is provided from late fall through early spring in a ground floor outdoor shed on the left side of the condo building.

High-speed internet is delivered through an Eero mesh WiFi network at speeds up to 300mbps -- perfect for working, streaming, and gaming.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
