Bring a large group to this cozy vacation rental, complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living area, a full kitchen, a beautiful wraparound deck, and direct access to Long Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from the main deck, or upper bedroom deck while watching the loons dive in the lake. It is more then big enough for the 10 of us. The lake is the best we have fished and stayed at. Very quiet. Not have to worry about neighbors on top of you. Over all we had a great time and would definitely go there again.

Tom was a great guest! We welcome him and his party back anytime! He was very helpful when a storm came through and some of our dock panels flew off, he and his party retrieved them and put them back on the dock. He communicated with us very well.

Close to Twin Cities!

We were looking for a cabin that had a lake for swimming and fishing that wasn't too far from the Twin Cities. This place was perfect! The entire family enjoyed the stay.

Lovely, quiet lake.

This cabin was big enough for six adults and two children to feel like we could have private time and still come together in the large living room. It’s on a lovely, small, quiet lake - perfect for kayaking. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it.

Lovely cabin

Our family stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of sheets and towels. Kayaks, canoe, and dock were perfect. The cabin is in the perfect part of the lake for swimming and fishing. Next time we bring our fishing poles.

Fun stay on small, quiet lake

Plenty of room for 7 adults. Kitchen well stocked. Able to use our pontoon and caught some fish. Grill needs attention or replacement.

Hi Doug, was the grill out of gas or was there a different issue? Last time we were there it worked well and was fine. But, things can happen in between our stays up there. Thanks!

Peaceful Cabin Getaway

We really enjoyed ourselves at this cabin. There were six of us there--three adults and three older teens. The lake is cool and clean for swimming, kayaking, and floating. The floating swim platform was nice to tan on! Inside, the cabin is spacious, clean and welcoming. There are lots of games and DVDs for all ages. The Mix Up Bar & Grill nearby was a great place to eat and drink. I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing summer vacation!

Fun Lake weekend!

Cabin was clean and simple, comfy beds-sheets/blankets/pillows all nice. 3 bathrooms was great!! Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and even spices! Great deck areas to relax in or out of the sun. Beach and bath towels provided were all great-seemed new. So many games, books, and movies to pick from. Traeger smoker/grill was a nice bonus. Long Lake was nice-cabin is on the "no wake" end so was quieter and worked out perfect! We mainly went to fish, float and kayak. There were plenty of sunnies and bluegill for my grandson to catch off the dock and swimming platform. Water shoes are a good idea as the swimming area is rocky. Great stay, would highly recommend to anyone with a range of ages.

My family enjoyed our stay here. My notes and thoughts:* The lake- super quiet and very relaxing. Swimming was great and in July the water was quite pleasant. There is no beach but there is easy entry into the water. There is a paddleboat and a couple of kayaks which worked fine.* The house- plenty of space with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 beds downstairs. 3 bathrooms as well. It was clean and well maintained. Lots of board games and dvds for all ages. Plenty of dishes, cooking stuff, and stuff you'd expect that would be available. * the host- very responsive to communication through the rental site. No problems at all. One thing to know is that there is not a lot to do around this area. If the weather is bad and you can't hang out in the lake there is potential for the kids to get bored. But if you're looking to relax and take it easy this place is great. Really depends on your family. We didn't do a ton of exploring but this was based on research we did before vacation.Most of the dining that you can drive to is either fast food or at the typical Wisconsin bar. There is a great bowling alley not too far away that is in a bar/lounge that was super fun. In short, the place is as advertised and is very nice to stay at.
