Our apartment is within 2 blocks of downtown Alameda with over 50 shops, trendy restaurants, and coffee/tea shops nearby. Unit is recently renovated with bamboo floors, a beautiful kitchen, dining area, outdoor patio, and beds complete with high thread count sheets and a Eurotop mattress in the master. Amenities include complimentary use of laundry and game room with a pool table and classic arcade console. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

This 2nd floor unit is 1200 square feet and will comfortably fit up to 6 guests. In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and kitchen, there is a family room with a sofa, large LCD TV with Satellite and premium and sport channels for the enjoyment of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker with starter supplies, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, range and oven as well as pots and pans and essential kitchen utensils. The unit is stocked with enough place settings and flatware for 6-8 guests.

The bathrooms are supplied with a set of towels for each guest and complimentary personal sized shampoo, body wash, bar soap as well as toilet paper.

The beds are made up with fresh linens and extra blankets are available for each bed. The queen has a Eurotop mattress and is complete with high thread count sheets.

We are constantly upgrading the unit for the comfort of our guests and have recently installed air conditioning units in the living room, family room, and both bedrooms.

Although we love animals, we unfortunately, are very allergic to dogs and cats and other types of service animals and humbly ask that you consider other rentals if you have a service animal.
