Lagoon Maison

Cette maison est une histoire de 2000 mÂČ, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison de la lagune sur un cul-du-sac qui a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement mis Ă  jour et remodelĂ© il ya 6 ans. Il est situĂ© sur une rue trĂšs calme avec des voisins sur le cĂŽtĂ© que la largeur de la lagune fait une clĂŽture arriĂšre inutile. Vous verrez une pelouse, arbres et arbustes, un quai, de l'eau et des oiseaux d'eau. Il sont couverts et protĂ©gĂ©s du vent dans le coin salon avant et arriĂšre. Le domaine paysager, les clĂŽtures de sĂ©quoia classique et le lagon offre de l'intimitĂ©, beautĂ© et la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© rarement trouvĂ© dans les maisons urbaines.

L'intĂ©rieur se compose d'un salon formel et de la zone d'Ă©tage ouvert qui comprend une salle Ă  manger, cuisine et la salle familiale. Comptoirs en granit, SS Ă©vier et appareils et une grande Ăźle se trouvent dans la zone de cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Montages de Grohe sont utilisĂ©s dans toute la maison, Les 3 chambres avec lits queen size sont tapis avec la chambre de l'enfant dĂ©signĂ© ayant le revĂȘtement de sol en bois dur de cerise continue. Les salles de bains ont des bols en porcelaine haut de gamme et toute la maison est mis en valeur avec moulures. L'environnement intĂ©rieur est calme et trĂšs stable tout au long de l'annĂ©e en raison d'un plancher chauffant, fortement isolĂ©s murs / plafonds et le parfait mĂ©tĂ©o Bay Area.

The place is BEAUTIFUL, tranquil, clean and Annegret is such an incredible host. We were relocating and needed a place to camp while our home was being worked on, and this lovely place provided the perfect soft landing we needed. The lagoon was a pleasant surprise with amazing sunrise and sunset views. You will feel at home in this little piece of heaven.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Hawaiian-themed home. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, tropical decor that immediately set the tone for a relaxing island escape. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with tasteful Hawaiian accents—nothing kitschy, just charming and well-curated. It truly felt like a home, not just a rental. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise—well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. From quality cookware and utensils to thoughtful extras like spices. It was clear the hosts went the extra mile. It made dining in both easy and enjoyable. If I came back to SanFran I would definitely come here again.

Great Home Base

We were in town for graduation and needed to house a set of grandparents as well as our family of 4. Communication with Anne was quick and easy. The house is as pictured and very well staged. Will definitely recommend to other families and friends.

Calm in the storm

The lagoon house was a beautiful home in a lovely setting, away from the busyness of the city. It was wonderful to come back to a wonderful quiet and relaxing home and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

A Perfect Holiday House

Lagoon House was the perfect Bay Area spot for our holiday gathering. It was easy to get to, and easy to maneuver into SF and Oakland for outings. Mostly though, we stayed in and enjoyed the peacefulness of this space. The home is beautiful, and the outdoor spaces are amazing. The kitchen has all the items we needed for full-on holiday feasting.The owner was kind and responsive.

We had a great time at the Lagoin house. We are close to family and could go to SF and Berkeley easily. We did have a car but you could use bart too.

Best VRBO experience!

We have adult children all over the US. We travel often to visit and usually stay at VRBOs. This time, one of our children was getting married in Alameda and we had family gathering for the wedding. There were 8 of us at the house. Everything was as describe and better. The house was well-appointed with all that is needed for a family to enjoy their stay and cook in the beautiful kitchen. The furniture was in mint condition, the beds clean and comfortable and the general setting quite lovely. Communication with the owner was instantaneous despite different time zones. It was a wonderful experience. If you're going to Alameda for any reason, this place is a must! You will not regret it.

Comfortable place for 3 generations traveling together

Beautiful house and gardens. Loved the backyard patio on the water. Great place to hang out and reconnect with family in Alameda. Also great location to take ferry to visit San Fran. Everything went well with the rental but could have used grab bar by bath for elderly mom. But all in all had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful House Sanctuary

The family takes an annual trip. This year was slightly different due to an expected new member of the family. This beautiful house provided a wonderful base of operations and relaxing nature that balanced a Hawaii and So Cal lifestyle with plenty of places to relax and decompress. Great spot!

Love the happy Hawaiian decor. Clean and easy. Beautiful water. Would stay again! Proximity to airport: 5-stars Easy to find: 5-stars Comfort: 5-stars Proximity to shops/attractions/etc: 5-stars I selected "Just Me" on the "Who Stayed" question because the choice labeled "Other" didn't work when I clicked it. My company used this VRBO for a quarterly leadership offsite meeting.

Family in town for college graduation

House is very well laid out for extended family stay. Big kitchen! The backyard and patio were excellent places to hang out for long periods of time. Even though its only a small lagoon, being on the water is very relaxing.

Great Stay

Myself and a group of fellow doctors stayed at the Lagoon house while in town for a conference. Peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The host was very pleasant to deal with and house was very nice and clean. Highly recommend place to stay.

Excellent House for a Family Trip.

The house is very nice and very well located in Alameda. The owners were very responsive and made our whole experience staying at the property quite enjoyable. The house has all the amenities you find in the add and it is very well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again.
