** The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 2 cars you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.

** Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway and/or 1 car fits in the garage. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.

** By booking this reservation, all communication (welcome message, check in instruction and keypad code) will be sent via your email, not via Vrbo messenger.

Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.

** A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it.

** USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed. The guest is responsible for their own safety. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guest.
