Nestled in the heart of the city, our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for relaxation and fun, offering a private outdoor oasis perfect for families and groups. Located just 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, you'll also be within walking distance of grocery stores, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, and more—everything you need for a stress-free stay!

THE SPACE
Our beautifully furnished home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a seamless getaway, including linens, towels, a stocked kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, cookware, etc.), and more. Enjoy blazing-fast high-speed internet (100+ Mbps) and a variety of indoor and outdoor entertainment options.

Step outside to your private backyard paradise, complete with a sparkling pool, multiple seating areas, a gas BBQ, and outdoor dining spaces—ideal for soaking up the Arizona sun!

Good location and great outdoor space

Our family had a great stay for Spring Training. Location is good, but the best part of this place is the great backyard with pool, hot tub, grills, games and lounging space. We would come back again.

A relaxing oasis under the sun!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed both the comforts of the indoors with the large cozy beds and TVs in the bedrooms, and the energizing backyard! We swam, hot-tubbed, BBQ'd, played games, and soaked up the sun! The convenience of grocery stores, mountain trails, and Old Town Scottsdale made this a perfect vacation spot!

My family and I stayed here for six weeks and were very pleased with everything. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were SUPER comfortable and all the linens and towels were nice. The backyard has games and chairs and loungers aplenty. Everything is spread out so if you’re looking for shade, you’ve got it; or to bake in the sunshine you’ve got that too. The pool was really clean and well kept. The host…one of the best I’ve rented with. They were extremely attentive and always got back to me within a few minutes. They were there for everything I needed. And, they went above and beyond to try to track down a left behind item. They were really, really great to work with. I would recommend this property and we’ll stay here again during the next Scottsdale trip.

Beautiful back yard!

We do a lot of vacation rental and this one was great. It is not the biggest house but the amazing yard makes up for that. The pool and hot tub were great. There was so much room and all kinds of longe chairs, tables, and anything we needed to enjoy the yard. The house its self was well equipped for cooking. It was a little worn but that’s likely because it’s steady stream of renters. Beds were comfortable, there were plentiful towels for bath and pool. Lots of things close to walk to. Grocery store was basically in the back yard. House is in a busy area about 1 mile from old town.

Wonderful stay!

This property is amazing! We were back home for my grandmother's funeral and wanted to spend a few extra days after to just unwind, relax and have some fun. This property allowed us just that! The communication with Ramin was easy, quick and always pleasant. House was clean, had everything we needed and was spacious. The beds were SO comfortable! The master en suite had a nice firm mattress, which my husband and I loved, and the other rooms had softer beds. All of the linens on the beds were incredibly soft and very cozy. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and silverware and had almost anything else we may have needed from mixing bowls to small appliances. There is an Albertsons grocery store within a 1 minute walk as well. The yard is what sold me onnthis property and it did not disappoint! The pool was heated well and the perfect size for the 5 of us staying. There is also a hot tub, outdoor dining area, two seating areas, a grill with several extra propane tanks and all necessary grill accessories, loungers, outdoor games, umbrellas and more. We spent a ton of time outside together and were sad to leave. We HIGHLY recommend this property and would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience to end a stressful week!

Holiday Delight

We were in Scottsdale for grandson's baseball tournament with extended 10 member family. Everyone had a bed and we enjoyed the close proximity to old town Scottsdale. The backyard was amazing with pool, hot tub and outdoor games. Even though temperatures were abnormally cool for Scottsdale 4 grandsons thoroughly enjoyed using both the heated pool and hot tub. Communications with Ramin representing home owners was above and beyond. Thank you for a fantastic although short stay (3 days/4 nights). Would stay in this home again if ever back in Scottsdale.

Nice house very convenient location easy access to airport, old Scottsdale, shopping casino all amenities, great outdoor space there was a little issue with pools but homeowner was great to compensate for the issue.

Fit for Entertaining

Great stay at this cute property; beds were comfortable, ample space to eat and lounge and within walking distance to the grocery store. Close enough to old town to be super convenient and far enough away to be quiet. Backyard was wonderful and we spent most of the time out there. Definitely built for entertaining. Easy communication with host and very clean. Thanks!
