Brand New 4 Bedroom Home + Pool - The Gem @ Old Orchard
Please read our complete description. 12 guests max with no more than 8 adults in a group, no exceptions please! A brand-new 2021 build, the Gem @ Old Orchard is situated on a half acre lot located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Easton and Bethlehem. This home is spacious w/ modern amenities, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a well-equipped kitchen, large living area + washer/dryer. A gorgeous salt water pool is open from May through the middle of September.
We ask all guests go sign a short-term rental agreement upon reserving the home. The agreement will be emailed to you after booking.
âą NEW! A large in-ground salt water pool has been newly installed in the backyard. The pool is heated throughout the summer season to 85 degrees. The shallow end of the pool includes a 12-inch sunshelf, which is perfect for small children or for catching some sun! The pool is opened approximately one week before Memorial Day, and closed approximately two weeks after Labor Day.
âą Master Bedroom: Features a California king bed, 75â wall-mounted Sony TV, and a luxurious master bath with a large shower and bathtub.
âą Bedroom #2: Features two bunkbeds, full bed/mattress on the bottom, and twin bed/mattress on top. A small playroom and bathroom are adjacent.
âą Bedroom #3 and 4: Each feature one queen bed and closet. Both rooms share a bathroom in the same area.
All bedrooms have blackout shades installed. Bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries, towels, and hairdryers.
âą Laundry Room: Includes washing machine and dryer along with a large utility sink is available for guest use.
âą Kitchen: Large kitchen with all the amenities including microwave, gas range, convection oven, and refrigerator. Pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils are all at your disposal. We also provide coffee, tea, and water filter for your enjoyment.
âą Office: A private office is available as needed with a large desk. Professional grade high-speed Wi-Fi is located throughout the home and the outdoor areas.
âą Dining: Formal dining room, kitchen table, and kitchen bar are available for eating and drinking.
âą Living Spaces: Family room with 75â Sony TV, and a gas fireplace includes a coach and low lounge loveseat. The sitting room in the front of the house provide ample space for relaxation with an oversize coach and two armchairs.
âą The property is not fenced, and there is shallow stormwater retention pond that is situated off the back-yard. Small children should always be supervised by an adult while outside.
