Nice Getaway

This location was great close to bars and restaurants. The place was very clean, unique and the balcony over looking downtown was a very nice place to sit, relax and watch the night life.

My new fav getaway!!

I was so impressed with this cute unit and location right off of Main St., Prescott! The deck with the propane fire pit was the bomb! It’s everything you could want for a simple but luxury stay! Megan was terrific as the property owner & very attentive to requests. This whole property is the place you should plan your next getaway!

10 year anniversary

We enjoyed our stay which the Cove was centralized to the activities we had planned. Our place had everything we needed and great views of the river. We even used the game room to burn some time which we played a few rounds of darts and ping pong. The only downfall was the train at night which the horn was rather loud however this was communicated in the booking. We would come back again if ever in the area. Thank you letting us stay at your place!!

Last minute trip

We needed a place to stay last minute for a funeral. Unit was clean and had everything we needed with the exception of enough towels for number of guests listed on the reservation. We didn’t reach out to host to remedy because we have family in town and we were able to borrow from them. We will definitely be back the next time our family visits Prescott.

Great place but prepare for train noise

The apartment was cute, had everything we needed and was close to downtown restaurants and bars. However, this makes it very close to the train tracks running through town. We thought maybe it would get quieter but the trains come through every hour AND blow their whistle every time. We appreciated the earplugs supplied by the management, but wish we would have known about this in advance. If you can sleep through that (or stay in one of the rooms on the other side of the building), this is a great spot!
