Centrally-located Property. This home will not disappoint as we take great pride in cleanliness and that cozy "at home" feeling. C-I snowmobile/bike trail is directly next to the unit and main street Crosby is less than 1 mile away. The rally center is 0.5 miles and the galloping goose trail is 4 blocks. 3 units available to bring your friends and family while enjoying your own space.

The space
2 bedrooms 1 bath Unit. 1 bedroom includes 2 twin beds and 2nd bedroom provides a King bed. The kitchen is a FULL kitchen equipped with everything to enjoy the fun gatherings. The living room is quaint with a fireplace and plenty of seating for all to enjoy. The bathroom is a full bathroom just off of the bedrooms and kitchen.
Guest access
Front door parking and only one step to get into property. Pad lock for front door so let yourselves in and make yourselves at home. A key inside the unit is provided to the guest to access the storage area to put any over flow or special items that you would like locked away during your stay!

Very clean, nice place. Air conditioner is on opposite side of apartment from bedrooms, and barely enough to keep cool. Can't watch and hear tv well if AC is running.

Loved the location to the trails! Clean place. Enjoyed everything. By the time I sat down and realized the remote for the TV had dead batteries, it was too late to run to the store. Oh well! I can live without that. Will book again.

Great location to enjoy all the MTB trails

Nice clean house that is close to everything and provided a great base to come back to after riding the many great MTB trails. Newer furnishings that were a nice touch to a generally older area/neighborhood. The bed was soft so depending on what you like, know that going into it. Will stay again in the future. Meet my expectations.

Amazing comfortable location

We loved everything about this property. Great water pressure, close to the trails, responsive host and all the amenities you would require for a fantastic stay in the Cuyuna area. Can't wait to come back. Second time we've stayed here and we will be back. Highly recommend this for a group of friends or families.

Great place to stay and have a nice home base!

The house was great! My wife and kids biked, fished and explored all week while I traveled the area for work. Nice clean place will the right amenities. Defiantly will be back this winter for snowmobiling and next year for work and play again!

Great property

This was a great property to stay at. Made you feel at home when you are away from home. Very clean place and very well put together. I've never sleep so good in a bed that was not mine, which made the expierence that much better. Will for sure be coming back.
