There are two charming bedrooms, a large renovated full bath, plus a pullout sofa in the family room on the second floor. The two large, comfy living spaces, two separate dining areas and a well-equipped vintage kitchen on the first floor will accommodate your friends and family. Enjoy the scene in downtown Missoula from the fabulous outdoor deck! The amazing location - just steps from cafes, shops, breweries, galleries, fly shops and super close to The University of Montana and the iconic Clark Fork River and hiking and walking trails - means you don't even need a car to enjoy all Missoula has to offer!

Very cool spot downtown, walking distance from great restaurants, coffee shops, the river, and more! The house has a lot of character, was comfortable, clean, had a great stocked and functional kitchen, and had most amenities you could need. The host was absolutely amazing - so responsive and communicative! We would absolutely stay here again, but a couple things to note that would be good to know depending on the guest - The stairs are very steep and wouldn’t be good for toddlers or anyone who struggles with mobility, and it was a little touch and go with carrying a newborn up and down. The water pressure was tough for showers and sink use; to be expected with a historic home. Nothing that would deter another stay. Thank you for an awesome spot for our first visit to Montana!

Everything was perfect. Great house in a great location. Easy parking with concert, shops, bars, and restauraunts, right outside our door. Once we parked we never got back in our car!

Great location

Property offers the perfect location for enjoying downtown Missoula. It's a couple blocks from the busiest spots so walking distance to everything but still quiet.

What a great property! My family came to town to celebrate my son’s college graduation. What a perfect location. So close to The University and all the local downtown nightlife. First Time in Missoula

Wow! This property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked into this historic home we were met with all modern amenities plus the furnishings and character that brought out the charm of this beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms were tastefully done in tile with walk in showers. Well stocked towels and linens. The kitchen, like the rest of the home was vintage appropriate with all modern appliances. The living room had a 70 something inch big screen TV with Wi-Fi that you can run all your streaming apps. This home is located right in the heart of Missoula's Hip Strip as the locals call it. All shops and restaurants are in walking distance of this beautiful property. There is also a trail close by for a lovely Riverwalk that I recommend taking during your stay. Finally, our host Wynne, was so accommodating. Our email inquiries were answered promptly. Wynne is a property owner that made our first time using VRBO a very positive experience. We will definitely use this service over and over again. Thank you, Wynne

Great for downtown access

Beautiful house that is truly in the heart of downtown. Very clean and well kept. Super easy and beautiful walk to Grizzly stadium. Be aware you are right on Front street and there is a hamburger stand and restaurants adjacent to the house so be ready for street noise at night.
