A cute oasis tucked into a historic neighborhood

Absolutely perfect little home - we traveled to Spokane to visit family and this house gave us the perfect place to stay. The amenities were lovely and the hosts super easy to work with. Not to mention how pretty the Rockwood neighborhood is! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quiet, lovely neighborhood that’s central and close to everything. The place is super clean and spacious. There was nothing wrong, no problems. Would recommend!

Well-appointed home in the best neighborhood of Spokane

This home was perfect for our stay in Spokane. We appreciated the comfortable beds, ample linens, storage, super fast wifi, and big backyard for our two week stay. The neighborhood is a leafy, quiet oasis, with a grocery store less than 5 minutes away and downtown just 10-15 minutes away. We would happily stay in this home again!

Great Stay

Nice quiet neighborhood, house was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time usually we stay at one of the downtown hotels when in Spokane. Not anymore we will stay at this home if available. Thank you for a great experience!!

Bring home grandson

Hospital released our pre-me grandson so the house was a perfect place. Our daughter lives in a small apartment and we picked a perfect warming house to unite us. Great host with good communication and keyless entry. Would definitely come back to visit area.

Great stay

Perfect house for what we wanted. We went to Spokane for medical reasons so we wanted something easy and was perfect. Beautiful location, quite, we could go for walks in very nearby parks. Five minutes away from the doctor’s office, small and mayor commercial areas very close by. Good for two people, excellent response from the property managers. Great linens, towels beds and pillows. The house needs better lighting in th living-dinning area and a better equipped kitchen. We recommend this property. Thank you!

Great place in the South Hill area!

We were in Spokane to drop off my daughter for her second year at Whitworth. We loved the charm of this home and the neighborhood. I'm realizing more and more that when coming to Spokane, the South Hill area is the place to stay. Tree-lined streets, quiet neighborhoods, friendly people, and beautiful homes. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome family home

This cute little house was perfect. Clean warm with plenty of amenities. The front drive/walk were clear of icy snow, thank goodness as the roads were Covered with ice. Coffee In the morning was a nice touch. Working gas fireplace was lovely. Bathroom was tight with little counter space but totally spotless. Three ppl Managed just fine would love to stay here again and we Will recommend to our extended family.

The home was cozy and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace since the temperatures were very cold during our stay. The driveway and walkways were shoveled which we really appreciated. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Perfect getaway

We had a tremendous time in the this beautiful home. The owners were very responsive and checking in was a breeze. This house is located and a very nice neighborhood with an amazing backyard. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here again.

What a great property!

This house more than met our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s in a wonderful quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby as well as other things you’d want. Definitely recommend! We will be back!
