Situated in the boulders of Prescott Arizona's beautiful Granite Dells area. This cozy cottage is ready for your romantic getaway, honeymoon, or for a couple who are looking for an affordable weekend or a monthly retreat. Do you like to write? This home would be the place to awaken those creative juices! The home sleeps 2 but a guest/child could sleep on the comfy couch or the blow up full mattress. The Cottage boasts a large 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a wonderful outdoor deck with a patio heater and outside furniture. Once you step out onto the deck, it will be hard to leave as you gaze out over majestic boulders and spot wildlife of all kinds. Located close to downtown but far enough away to feel secluded. Hiking trails and climbing nearby. This home is fully stocked and ready to go! Oh... did I mention the view? Check out the pictures! You will not be disappointed. Sleeps 5 / Couch and Blow up Mattress.

Great Getaway

House was perfect. It was quaint. Just big enough had all of the amenities very clean. Incredible views couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway from the heat and Phoenix .

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a few days of quiet time, with no real agenda. The configuration and provisions of this property were perfect for a couple's getaway. The kitchen was fully configured for home cooking, usually breakfast and the outdoor grill was great for a couple of dinners. The property was within about 15 minutes or so of all the outings we decided upon, including the zoo, a casino, two different movie theaters and many restaurants.

Hiking Haven

This was a great location for hiking. Beautiful scenery. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill but cooks a bit uneven. The oven was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils however, everyday dishes would have served us better. Would have appreciated a larger microwave as well. Washer and dryer were wonderful! We stayed for 28 days.

Loved the Granite Dells

An amazing location. Well equipped kitchen for our extended stay. Would have appreciated NO plug in room scent DEVICES. Horrible! Took a few days to clear the odour. We re-tracked the screen door but it needs replacing as it still catches. Regardless! This is an amazing location close to fantastic hikes and we loved being there.

Needs major cleaning

Got to the property and found it very hard to find at night since there we no numbers on the house. The rock that has the house numbers is quite hard to see at night, if at all. The house could use a major cleaning. The garbage can area was disgusting, the sofa needs to be replaced since pieces of it fall off every time you sit down, many of the dishes were chipped, there were old (2019) cans of food that were bulging which we threw away, some of the sheets were stained and the blanket on the bed needed a good washing. We planned to have a BBQ on memorial day and found the grill had no gas and the outside chairs, although very sturdy, need some attention and sanding . The good part is, it's in a beautiful and quiet area so if you're looking for somewhere to get away from it all, this is a great place. The bathroom has been updated and so have the kitchen counters.
