Perfect for families or couples

We have stayed here a few times over the Thanksgiving holiday and it is perfect location and home for our family of 4. Looking forward to booking again next Thanksgiving.

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay - the house was the perfect place for us to sit and catch up and fit the 3 of us perfectly. The cute Paso Market around the corner was a hit too!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage! Nice amenities, fully equipped kitchen - nice and clean as well. The location was a bonus! We walked to the city center - didn't bother driving as it is more than walkable. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Stay

Had a very nice stay here. The home was exactly as described in the listing and photos. You really can’t beat the location—it’s right in the heart of the town and you can easily walk to a grocery store, cafe, brewery, and many other spots. Very cute and peaceful backyard too!

Perfect location

This place was awesome! Super close to downtown, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, making it ideal for both activities and relaxation. This trip was just me and my husband, but the home would also be great for two couples. The host was super on it with communication and responsiveness, making everything easy from booking through checkout. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

Best rental experience I've ever had

Literally zero complaints about this property. It's lovely, decorated well, perfect for 3-4 people. The couch is super comfy and the yard is adorable, though we didn't spend much time out there. They had the AC set to chill the place before we arrived, which was much appreciated! Their shower is amazing - like a luxury hotel - and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! It's an easy 15 min walk to downtown; there's plenty of parking. If I return to Paso, I would never want to stay anywhere else!!

Exploring Paso Robles Wines

The location was in close proximity to the downtown and nearby wineries. It appeared to be a quiet and safe neighborhood, with many neighbors walking their friendly dogs. The small house was perfect for my husband and I, and our two small dogs. It had a nice kitchen and living room area with another den area off from the kitchen to the backyard. The backyard was fenced in with a little grassy area around a bbq with chairs and fire pit.

Relaxing

My group of ladies enjoyed the quiet relaxing house and yard day and night. Real nice shower. Had meeting to attend in Paso Robles and was just blocks away from them all. Store is handy so we did not have to haul things along way.

The house was very comfortable and Cody reached out to check on how we were doing. We ate out so didn’t really check the kitchen amenities. The firepit could use a little cleanup/maintenance but was definitely usable for us. One improvement suggestion would be to add darkening curtains in the king BR, but that’s just a personal preference :) Also, in BR #2 we thought there would be a double AND twin bunks (that’s how we read the description) - it’s actually a double bottom with a twin top bunk. It worked out well for us and I would rent the house again for my family.

I would have liked to receive instructions on how to use the fire pit, but it may not have been working.(?) It's in a great location, close to downtown and roads leading to wine country. The cleaning crew arrived early, prior to our checkout. Parking was great, and the location was safe.
