The property was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, however, was under stocked. For example there were five of us and only four forks. There was no dish cloths and one dish towel for a five day stay. The gas grille was nice but there was no tool to clean it before or after use, not even a piece of aluminum foil. The shower in the master bath may have an active leak in the ceiling. Over all, it was clean, spacious and the ping pong, Poole table and foosball were fun.

Perfect family and friend spot

We had a great week staying in Lilburn. The house was clearly set up for families with children and our kids absolutely loved it. We had 2 families sharing the space and there was ample space. Plenty of fun games and close enough to Atlanta to pop in most days for an activity.

Family visit

We loved our time at this house, everybody voted to stay here again when in this area. This property has so many great features!! Two levels both inside and outside so plenty of space for groups (some want quiet TV time and others want to play games and laugh) Two nice tables in kitchen area, plenty of seating. We generally used one to serve food buffet style and other to eat, can easily use both for dining. Games, games and more games - we are a huge game family and used the pool table, the fuse ball, ping pong, giant jenga, giant connect 4, and cards Easy check in and check out, property manager was very responsive.

The property was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. It was nicely decorated. The kitchen was missing a lot of essentials, there were very few pots and pans, only one serving dish and one dull knife. There were very few k-cups for the number of people staying. There were only 4 laundry pods and when I asked for more they said guest are responsible when you run out. There were 10 of us so we definitely needed more. The windows and doors in the house were difficult to open and close and the zip line in the backyard is broken. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The living areas are nice and big and the pool table was fun. The ping pong table was broken though.

Great house for families!

We loved this rental! The house was super clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 2 families of four to spread out and be comfortable. The kids loved the downstairs area and spent all of their time down there playing. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen and all the amenities were top notch.

Location

My initial search was Centerville GA. This property showed up as 10 miles from Centerville. I was actually 2 1/2 hours away from Centerville. I was actually given the address until I was no longer eligible for a refund. That was not ok. We were all very unhappy with that. The house and property was beautiful.
