1st floor has a bedroom with a king bed and bunk beds/bathroom, plus 2 futons in the living room. There is also a kitchen and dining table on the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (room 1 has a king-size bed; room 2 has two queens), 2 bathrooms, a dining area, a living room, and a full kitchen.

The 3rd floor is a one-bedroom (2 queen beds) and a full bathroom.

The condo is non-smoking, pet-free, and kept sparkling clean. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the condo.

Boyne charges for most of its amenities, so inquire at the front desk of the Mountain Grand Lodge for any fees they would charge.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The cottage was perfect for our trip there. Short drive from the skybridge, petosky and boyne city. We were a group of 15. The cottage is laid out well so it didnt feel crowded. There were enough beds, rooms and bathrooms for all of us. Great for a big group.

This rental was perfect for our large family group! The space on the main floor was adequate for everyone to play games and watch sports each day…and the large section was SO comfortable! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the 8 man lift and was able to ski back right up to the condo. The communication with the owner was great. No issues and would definitely rent again!

It had everything you need. It was especially great to have two kitchens which we at first was useless but it was nice to have. The house was cozy and great place for family gatherings.

Great location within walking distance to Disciples 8 lift. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Well-furnished with plenty of supplies. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

This condo was superb! Very spacious and clean. It was also very close to Boyne Village for a good night out on the town for drinks and entertainment. The Sky Bridge was an added perk being so close to the propety as well. We will definitely be back!

The perfect school trip!

This was the perfect place for our school ski trip! We had a group of 7 students and had PLENTY of room for everyone. The kitchens were well stocked with cooking supplies and the location was so convenient. We had a truly great time!

We are a ski and golf family. We have been visiting Boyne for several years and decided to get a permanent place here to share with others. We have 3 kids between high school and college, so this makes the best retreat location, where nobody gets bored.
