The property itself is a brand new build. This entire 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms is filled with designer furniture. It’s located in great location, just couple minutes away from downtown Fullerton, Buena Park, about 10-15 mins drive to Disneyland and surrounding areas. This house was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. New, beautiful, cozy and in pristine condition, this is a perfect place to accommodate you, your family and friends.
The home is newly built so you can expect a nice, clean and overall excellent stay.

There’s one parking spot available
inside the garage, one on the driveway and additional street parking if needed.

The house doesn’t have backyard.

The perfect place to stay for the weekend of work. The street parking can be a little scarce if you have more than a couple of vehicles.

We needed a place to stay while on our trip for Disney. This home was about a 15 minute drive to the parks and had what we needed. It’s not entirely in the nicest neighborhood as one night we were woken to someone screaming very loudly outside the home around 1 AM. I appreciated having a garage to park our car in so it didn’t have to be outside on the street. I would’ve given the place a 5 star rating however the fridge & freezer smelt very strongly of garlic and fish. I let the host know and was told that they would be over to clean it and had some stuff to help with the smell, but it didn’t seem as though that happened. I’m sure the previous guest was keeping their garlicky fish meal in the fridge which caused it to smell. Again, this place was great for just needing a place to stay while visiting Disney.

This unit was perfectly furnished and stocked and fit us perfectly for a family of 6 in town for a family reunion. Commmunication with property manager was immidiate and excellet

Management has weird relationship with cleaning people.

Location was excellent - Disneyland only 12 minutes away, easy access to freeways. Property was fairly clean. Could use some deeper cleaning - bathroom ledges, trash cans, floorboards and furniture. They do not leave enough supplies - no kleenex, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap or kitchen trash bags - had to purchase all of these items, but left for next people. Where the problem lies is with her cleaning staff. They came in and produced pictures of a large red stain left in one of the bedrooms. Problem was, we stripped the bed, so we know that wasn't there and then they produced pictures of a bed with linens on it, which we had taken off. She has her cleaning people doing that, so she says she has to believe them, not us. So, lessen learned - take alot of photos so they don't try to get you for extra charges. We also made some minor repairs - fixed rocking toilet and broken door stop.

It was a clean, quiet, lovely little house. We had few issues, but they were quickly fixed by Ann. It was quiet and we had plenty of space to spread out.

Definitely a great little place if your doing disney. Close to all parks and a nice quiet location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great holiday let - lovely property, good location

We loved this property. My two teenagers and I had a room each (and a double bed each), and the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area gave plenty of seating options, so we never felt crowded. The air conditioning worked well throughout the home and having the garage gave a sense of safety for the rental vehicle. Everything seemed fairly new within the property, and thought had been given to what would make the rental more comfortable. There's no outside space to talk of (a small front garden and the drive!) but the purpose of this holiday was to experience LA. The property served very well as a comfortable base to explore from. Fullerton has a lovely downtown area about 9 minutes drive from the property, and Buena Park is the same distance. Disney was 12 minutes drive, meaning it is absolutely feasible to return home for a siesta if the day is too hot! Hollywood and Venice Beach etc are a fair drive away, made worse by the LA traffic - so bear that in mind. Our favourite beach was Seal Beach, though, and it is only 25 minutes away and never crowded. Communication with the host during the holiday was excellent - she responded very quickly, sometimes within a minute. Before the holiday, however, communication was much slower, although she said that there were issues with VRBO. I personally would have liked the entry details when VRBO said I should have them rather than the morning of arrival, but the details were all with me by the time I landed at LAX and were clear.

Great Place But


Peace was cute and perfect for our family but had a fairly significant ant problem. The owners brought ant spray within the hour (wonderful) but the ants just kept switching rooms. If it weren’t for the ants this place would have been perfect.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was my first time booking a VRBO and I am so glad I did. The house was wonderful! It was clean and well-appointed, the beds are super comfortable and we appreciated having everything in the kitchen needed to cook. Communicating with the host was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

House w Access to Disneyland - amazing

Other than it being in a community with very “close” neighbors (we are from Texas w 3 acres) the stay was great. The host was amazing and able to bring the 2 requested items within a few hours (blender and large pot to cook for 6). The house was clean and decorated cute! We loved our trip!!

Great new build in quiet neighborhood

It was a great stay in this perfect and clean new build property. We were looking for something close to Disneyland end it worked out perfectly for our family vacation! The only small issue for us was the parking because we have a Ford F150. They do provide a garage parking space and an outside parking spot. Unfortunately, they are for smaller vehicles and our truck didn’t fit in the garage and outside it covered the sidewalk. Other than that, our stay was great!
