Just right for our needs!

Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t.

Lovely, Affordable stay in Hayes Valley

Really appreciated the location and flexibility of the property managers. I like that they had a proper front desk. The room had some scuffs but overall clean, comfortable, friendly, and great value. Tons of good food, coffee, and drink options in the neighborhood.

Nice cozy little stay

If you just need a place to lay your head. Not too fancy at all. Very clean and nice bathroom. I only had one outlet that worked which was also in the bathroom but that was fine with me just needed to charge my phone and watch for the night . There is no fridge in the room so don’t buy food that needs to be cold.

Comfortable and convenient

We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee.
