SUPER CLEAN! - Mountain Lodge 240 sleeps four (4) comfortably, and has a direct view of the slopes! It is located adjacent to Snowshoe Village where you will find restaurants & shops. Great condo for those who like to watch the action at the lift! Views of Shavers Lake and the mountains. You will feel at home in this efficient condo; it has everything you need to rest up after a fun day on the slopes. Only steps away from The Village and the Ballhooter lift. Once you arrive, park in the security-guarded lot and you won’t have to drive again until you are ready to leave. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full-size stove and oven. Coffee maker. New dinette set. Cozy living room with a fold-out couch. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators.

Great family location

Great family location for a ski getaway. Checking in and owner communication was quick and easy. The room itself was no frills but functional and clean. Kids loved the lodge and lobby with games, meeting other kids their age. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Nice location

It is nice to be located right on top of the hills.We were kinda hoping the condo would be a bit nicer.I dont wanna pick on the place or anyone...but idk...There were extra blankets and pillows which was nice.And the matress on the fold out for my son is better then most...The condo was fine...Overall it was okay..Excellent location for a ski trip.

Great Trip

Overall it’s an older unit, so it was as I expected. So I wasn’t surprised. No frills. Wi-Fi is terrible. Food stain on the wall by the oven that needs to be cleaned up. Add a tea pot, I brought my own. Good location though and that’s why I choose it. That and the price reflected its current state.

Excellent for Our Purpose

The condo was excellent for our purpose. We just wanted a place to stay--nothing fancy--with a kitchen during our snowboarding trip. The slopes were right outside our balcony so we could easily have lunch in the kitchen without losing much time on the slopes. We brought all of our food in a cooler and placed it in the full sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. It's nothing fancy, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Ski trip

The condo was exactly as you see in the listing. Right at the top of the mountain - a true ski in, ski out property. The condo was clean and ready on time for check in. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Mountain Lodge property is older and shows its age a little, but they have nice touches like ping pong tables, pool tables, large lobby area with lots of tables and couches and was decorated for Christmas. A couple of things to know (and that are out of the control of the property owner): the condos were very warm. We had to turn OFF the heat and open the sliding door to the patio to cool off the condo. Starting around 7:30am every morning was a parade of skiers clomping down the hallway (loudly in their ski boots) which is right next to the bedroom (same layout in every condo in the building). Nothing you can do about it - just be prepared! Finally, while you are given access to wifi in the condo
.it only sort of worked for us - mostly in the bedroom. Had a hard time getting wifi to work in the living room. And the biggest thing to note: the whole Snowshoe area has difficulty with wifi due to some satellite nearby. You cannot communicate with anyone while skiing on the mountain - no phone calls or texts to family, so incredibly hard to meet up/share plans. Again, not the owner’s fault - just something to be prepared for. I saw some people with walkie talkies to be able to communicate with their friends and family. Good idea!!

Great Snowshoe condo

Our stay here was wonderful. The location could not be any better. Great view of the ballhooter lift, close to laundry, close to ski lockers and exit to slopes. Our kids had ski school every morning and it was so easy to walk out to the slopes and get them to the check in quickly. The bed was great, the pull out couch was very comfortable, there were extra blankets, pillows, and towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi worked great in the bedroom, could be a little spotty in the main room, but easy enough to walk to the bedroom if really needed wifi for something. The main TV was a smart TV and worked great. It was really nice to relax in the evenings and watch a movie. The hosts were very responsive prior to our visit and answered all of our questions. The information they sent right before our trip was so helpful and organized and answered any other questions we may have had. We absolutely loved it and were so sad to leave. We cannot wait to return!

Great Stay

Love this place!! I have stayed there 4 years in a row. My only complaint is check-in, it is always delayed check-in. This year room was cleaned until 8 p.m..

Great location!

Nice one bedroom that was actually a little roomier than I anticipated from pictures and other places we've stayed in snowshoe. Was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for the long weekend. The new decks look great with a nice view right out over the ballhooter lift (and waffle cabin 😀). We hope to return next year.
