RIMFIRE 258 - 1 BEDROOM JUNIOR STUDIO, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN, QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - This junior studio condo is tastefully decorated. The kitchen has stove top, under the counter refrigerator, pots, pans, and dishes. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay. The place is definitely small so we were a bit cramped with two adults and one teenager and all of our ski stuff. Without a place to store anything, we had bags all around us so two nights was enough. Also we were not aware that parking would be tricky and that to park in the garage would be $20 each time we left, so that was a bit frustrating. They also don't post how much the garage is anywhere. We loved the location and it was very clean. We liked the convenience of the village as well.

Long Weekend at Rimfire

This unit was as advertised - a simple studio, like a large hotel-room really; not a lot of room for cooking or whatever but perfectly nice - the bathroom was very nice and super close, underground parking was also convenient. Only a couple things to note; our room smelled very much like old Pizza - and it didn't really go away, probably a one time thing, but it took away from the room, and be aware that your key will stop working so getting back to your car in the garage if you plan to ski the last day you're there can be tricky. Overall - if youre looking for a simple studio room very close to the mountain - this was perfectly good.

Was a fantastic stay and location. Was a little small, too much furniture in the room. However you can’t beat being right in the village.
