Enjoy a beautiful, newly renovated single story home in one of Bristol’s nicest neighborhoods. You will be centrally located to downtown Bristol, the Bristol Casino, Bristol Motor Speedway, the Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail, South Holston Lake and a long list of other activities. Home is excellent for guests with mobility issues as there is only 1 step inside the house.

This is the second time we've stayed in this lovely home. Jeffrey is such a wonderful responsive host. We will always choose this house over all others to stay when we visit Bristol

Excellent rental house for our weekend stay. Super clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the coffee options, comfy couches and the EV charger. My girls appreciated the abundance of towel bars in the bathrooms (never enough). I liked the labels on every light switch. Next time we need a place to stay in Bristol, we will check the availability of Magnolia.

The house was amazing. We especially loved the den it is so cozy and nice. The host was super helpful and checked in with us regularly. Super clean and cozy. We were only here for a short stay but the location is perfect and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The kids enjoyed doing smores over the fire pit and we enjoyed steaks on the grill. 10/10 experience will definitely be back to Bristol and hopefully get to stay here again!

Favorite Bristol Location

Once again, a super fun stay. Birthday celebration with family. Location is perfect to good restaurants and casino. House is perfect, very spacious. Looking forward to coming back.

Creeper Trail Weekend

This place is so perfect for a few couple to stay. Plenty of room for guests to be comfortable and for cooking if you like. Gorgeous location and plenty of parking! I can’t say enough great things about this location!

This home is everything you want and more when you are staying with family of all ages and interests. The bedrooms are on one side of the house and the den on the opposite. There is space for everyone to enjoy time together and apart. It has been beautifully renovated and the yard space is what fall dreams were made of. Jeffrey is an amazing host. We hope to be back very soon and have found our Bristol home away from home if Jeffrey will have us again and again!

Jeff was just as amazing as the property! He installed the handicap ramp and also had a shower chair available too. Property is beautiful, clean, and easy access for anyone! Thank you guys for such a wonderful weekend.

Excellent Stay in Bristol

This property was stellar. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is clean and spacious. The finer details were taken care of. Extra towels were provided and light switches were labeled to add to the overall convenience and ease of the stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would stay here again if the need arises.

Our group of 8 was in town for the MLB Speedway Classic and stayed at the Magnolia. After rain postponed the game to the following day, Jeff was so accommodating, allowing us to check out later than posted check out time. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had! The house was fantastic! So cozy and comfortable for our whole group. We enjoyed the porches and patio areas just as much. The house is well stocked with all your needs! Located in a quiet, well established neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown Bristol. I would highly reccomend Magnolia to anyone looking for a home away from home in Bristol.

Amazing Experience!

My siblings and I with our significant others and my son all came to Bristol to surprise our Granny for her 78th birthday. This house was perfect! The hosts were so kind and communicative, the house itself was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was truly the best place for us all to spend time together on our trip. Safe, Clean and Cozy

This place is fabulous. We had everything we needed during this stay- the hosting is next level. I came packed with things like hand soap and kitchen cleaner, things that are normally not part of a rental house inventory but we didn’t need any of it because Jeffrey had everything there! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, the place was clean and we felt so at home there. Didn’t want to leave, would absolutely stay again.

Grandkids that came up for the day really enjoyed the toys and games. The six of us seniors had a very peaceful, comfortable and relaxing weekend. The spacious house and the outside spaces met our every need.
