Our home has a driveway to park in, and a good back yard as well. There are 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom, along with living room/dinning room. Our kitchen is well stocked, and includes a 2nd small table as well. Enjoy a relaxing time on the front porch or on the Lovely sunroom that leads to the back yard from the kitchen. No steps needed at our house. Great for anyone with mobility issues. Great AC!!

The open living and dining area is perfect for gathering, and the fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. All three bedrooms are furnished and ready, and the full bathroom is clean and updated. Step out to the sunroom off the kitchen for a quiet morning coffee, or head to the backyard to unwind. With a private driveway, in-unit washer and dryer, and no steps throughout, this home works beautifully for families, pet owners, long-term travelers, and anyone who needs a comfortable, accessible space to call home.

Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
