Relax in a spacious living room with reclining chairs and sofa in front of a full-size gas fireplace. The room has a smart HD flat-screen TV + WIFI. Next to it is a separate family area to relax in that looks out to the rear yard. This location has a full size futon and is next to a half bath.

Kitchen & Dining

Has all new energy efficient appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and stove. For your use are many of your daily appliances you may need such as coffee maker, water kettle for teas, blenders, rice maker and electric fry pan. You will have available pots, pans, knifes, dishes, mixing bowls, cookie sheets and utensils to make just about anything you may want to cook. If offers a huge centre granite top island with stools and a large dining table. Last you are welcome to use any of the items in the cabinets such as spices, oils, coffee, teas, that may be present.

The backyard has a nice seating area under a covered patio. It has a BBQ, and full size cooler for your use but it is on wheels and cannot be taken to the beach. There is a fire pit with four chairs around it and two lounge chairs for your use.

Upon completion of your reservation prior to your arrival you will be given a code for the key box at the front door.

Our home is intended for the guest reserving the home only. Should you want to be with others while here please consider any one of the many wonderful locations such as the beach, restaurants, or parks to have your meetings. This home is professionally cleaned prior to your visit. This home as central heat and no AIR CONDITIONING. Each bedroom has large windows and a portable fan to provide cooling as needed.
