This beautiful townhome was recently renovated from floor to ceiling with new furniture. It is a sophisticated modern style providing a most comfy and enjoyable stay. Just 45 minutes from Zion National Park and room for up to 8 people, bring the entire group for a fun-filled weekend in St. George, UT. With mountain bike trails right out your door, excellent on-site amenities, and proximity to all the best area activities, the Loft20 vacation rental is the best choice for your group or family!
All furnishings have been completely updated, with each room boasting its unique modern flair! Tempur-Pedic beds with lifts, Eco dots in each room, phone charging stations, original artwork throughout, a small workspace with a printer, and many other details that make for a relaxing and enjoyable space to spend time in.
- Location - Located within 5 minutes of the I-15 freeway for accessing shopping, dining, attractions and more.
- The Complex - The Lofts is a spacious, luxurious, family-friendly resort close to numerous St. George activities! Just behind The Lofts community is an incredible piece of land offering some of the area's best trails and outdoor adventures.
- Parking - The Lofts complex offers FREE parking with a large gravel parking lot below the main entrance for parking trailers, RVs, and ATVs.
- Pool - The pool area is open 24 hrs, quiet from 10pm - 7 am. The pool is heated for comfortable year-round use. It includes 2 hot tubs, a waterfall, and a slide and water dome for the kids!
 There are scooters available nearby. There is also a paved bike trail nearby. Loft 20 is conveniently located close to several major routes throughout St.George.

Outstanding Rental & Hospitality
We have traveled quite a bit, but never been as impressed with a VRBO as we were with this property. Great communication from our hosts, thoughtful welcome gifts, and the cookies were awesome. Everything was so clean, well stocked, not a detail missed to make us feel right at home. The pantry was so well organized and filled with useful things that I was stunned! Even spare batteries (even though I didn’t need them, haha) Had multiple coffee options to include a kettle and every type of cooking equipment you could ever need. Quiet, easy to access and perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

AMAZING
I have never been excited to give a place I’ve stayed a review. This loft and the management of it is amazing. They have thought of EVERY detail (some of which I’m going to copy for my home). Comfortable beds, stocked with everything you could possibly need and very thoroughly decorated. My family and I loved our stay and will definitely be back. The owners were great to communicate and let us a box of Crumbl cookies after our arrival. We were sold just upon arriving and settling in! Again AMAZING…you’ll love your stay here.

Loft20 is a getaway for ourselves as well.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The Lofts are a 45 unit complex. While it is very popular and often fully booked, the smaller size will be appreciated. It can get a bit noisy around the pool area at times.
Loft 20 is an end unit at the rear of the property offering a bit more privacy and easy access to the rear patio where there is a nice sitting area and secure bike storage. Loft 20 has been completely refurnished and upgraded.
You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, golfing, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it a great vacation experience in Southern Utah. You will also be within walking distance of massage and spa facilities.

While the layout of Loft 20 is very similar to others on the complex the unit offers a higher level of quality and amenities than many others. We have limited the number of guests to help insure our ability to maintain the quality, cleanliness and amenities we offer.
