Phoenix On The Bay 2 est l’un des condominiums les plus luxueux d’Orange Beach! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur la baie depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Aussi, pas besoin de garder les clés pendant votre séjour, il y a un verrou d'entrée sans clé sur la porte d'entrée!

Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo POB d'Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 51 "dans le salon. Il y a aussi des télévisions dans les chambres, une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre principale a un lit king, king dans la 2ème chambre et il y a deux lits doubles dans la 3ème chambre. La salle de bain principale a deux lavabos, une baignoire à jets et une douche à l'italienne. Il y a une magnifique cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des armoires personnalisées. Three est aussi un bar avec une machine à glaçons!

Vous trouverez une rivière paresseuse, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 2 saunas et un court de tennis sur le toit-terrasse. Location de vacances à Orange Beach.

The owner was easy to communicate with and this place had 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a gorgeous view of the pool/lazy river, access to the gym, quick drive to the beach, and the neighbors were so friendly. Perfect setting

This was the perfect property for our visit. The location is convenient to everything, especially great food. The view of the balcony is beautiful all day and evening. Could not have had a better time.

Beautiful view, very clean

The condo was as described. It was beautiful and very clean. You definitely need a vehicle to get around, nothing much within walking distance. Everything is within a 15 min drive though. Such a great location. The view was gorgeous and the neighbors were very kind. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great place off the strip

This place was nestled in the quietness of the bay. It was off the beaten path, but close enough to everything we needed. The security, cleanliness, safety, and upkeep were very up to par. The condo unit itself had all the things we needed to enjoy our vacation and there is plethora of space and great views. this unit was also pet friendly, without compromising the cleanliness or integrity of a nice place to stay.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were great, and we loved being able to book a spot at the marina for our boat for 3 days. The condo was pretty clean, but the vents had some mold on them, there was a lot of dirt under the furniture, and there were unknown stains on the couch in one of the king bedrooms. The furniture outside included 2 broken chairs, so we couldn't all sit together outside. The other outside chairs were pretty worn out, and the screen door for the living room was broken when we arrived. All in all, it was a nice, spacious, and mostly clean condo. The location was awesome, and we really enjoyed our stay.

One time only

The property was nice but the unit was dated with several items well worn or not working. The pool and the fact that it was pet friendly are the only things I can say to recommend this property. Security staff at check in were clueless and not friendly. We were not given armbands for the pool at check in but were roughly reprimanded the following day for not having them. We would probably not choose this location for future stays.

Julia with Phoenix Rentals was always helpful and quick to reply on any question I had before arrival and during stay. It was a definite plus for us to be able to have my daughter's fur babies with us and not having to board them.

Beautiful, quite property

Wonderful pet friendly property. Quiet, beautiful sun rises and sun sets. Clean pools and hot tubs. But definitely needs some repairs. Guest toilet did not work, one lounge chair had a hole, and the pillows and sheets need to be replaced. But as far as pet friendly hotels go it is very nice. Did have to pay $150 more and a $100 deposit for a collar, seems a lot, but will definitely stay again.

The landscaping is always perfections and enjoyable. The dog areas are always clean and well kept. We have stayed in this condo a couple of times and it is always clean and maintained very well. We are very thankful that there are some condos that still allow small dogs to come with us. Phoenix Rentals is always very helpful and easy to work with.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the bathroom not cleaned and hair in the shower and sinks informed the owner and they never responded to our concern. Had to go get cleaning supplies to clean restrooms to ensure cleanliness.

Condo stay

Overall stay was good. Staff onsite very nice and helpful. We enjoyed staying here because of the cleanliness and quiet. I would stay here again. My only input is that they might want to take a kitchen inventory and replace some damaged and broken pieces. Its not too bad, just needs addressing. Also, more beach decor could make it more appeaing to guests. 2 broken chairs on bacony need replacing and wine fridge needs securing to counter for safety sake. Balcony lights need fixing and covering too. Its a great condo but a little more attention to detail would be nice for the price. On the upside the beds are great!

A Concert + Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. We had pretty much everything we needed and I had read reviews so I knew what we needed. I will say location is great if you like the bay and have a boat. We didn't and ended up staying on the beach side most of the time at our friend's condo. Keep that in mind it's a treck to get there. The condo is a little dated and pots/pans older. My son's best friend even swears his grandma had the same wallpaper! Ha All in all it was great and it made the hubby happy to have an escape from the sand and salt! This trip was a Christmas present for my son to see Red Clay Strays! Coming from Texas we expected a huge firework show but we were very disappointed! All I'm all our stay was great! Beds were comfy but thankfully we all brought our own pillows as these were not! FYI parking is horrible! If you drive a big truck like us I really recommend parking and having a golf cart. Make sure you reserve before you go! They were 100% sold out every where while we were there!

Great Pet and Kid Friendly Property

We had the absolute best time staying here! From booking to check-in, everything was smooth and easy. We brought our sweet pup along, and this condo was truly one of the most pet-friendly places we’ve ever stayed. Just a heads up — there’s a 150 non-refundable pet fee you’ll pay to the condo association, plus a 100 refundable deposit for a little one foot leash that clips between your dog’s collar and leash. When you turn it in at checkout, they’ll refund the 100 to your card.There are two big dog runs on property that are so easy to get to, and lots of green space. While pups aren’t allowed in the pool area, they can go almost everywhere else, which made it such a fun and easy stay for our whole family. We also met several owners who live on-site, and every one of them was so kind and welcoming.If I had to mention anything, it would be that the pool photos still show a water slide, but it’s no longer there. That was one of the reasons we chose this spot, so it was a little disappointing — I’d recommend updating the pool pictures online. Also, the rooftop tennis courts were closed, but the front desk said they’re being redone and will even have pickleball lines soon, which will be a great upgrade for future renters!Overall, we were just so pleased with our stay and would absolutely come back again, especially once the weather warms up for swimming. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place — we made such sweet memories!

Thanksgiving with Family

The facilities are great and the view of Alabama point is stunning. We get the Gulf and the bay view! The condo is always clean and we get a note early in stay asking if we need anything.
