You will love our waterfront home with views of the Rideau River! Our spacious home has 3.5 baths and 5 bedrooms, each with a smart tv, that can comfortably sleep max 7 adults and 8 children.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Watch a movie on the 82" tv or play ping pong, bumper pool, shuffleboard or billiards in the games room! Swim in the large, outdoor in-ground pool, use provided kayaks and paddle boat to explore the river, have a campfire or soak in the hot tub.
The space
Newly renovated Rideau Rapids Lodge, is conveniently located at only an 8 minute drive to the many amenities of Kemptville and a 10 minute drive to historic Merrickville, Canada's most beautiful village and popular tourist destination. The lodge is only a 30 minute drive to Canada's capital city of Ottawa with its many attractions!

* This property operates on a well and septic system. Only toilet paper can be flushed. Avoid system damage or clogs that may result in the guest being charged up to $20,000 for repairs.
* After a snowfall, you may be asked to move your cars for the snow plow to clean the driveway.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towel
* 1 x dish cloth
* 3 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 1x small hand soap in each bathroom
* 1x mini shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 13km (Independent, Food Basics, Walmart, Giant Tiger, Shoppers, etc.)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
