The space
847 square foot 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo on a low floor, with a full sized kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, keurig and Nespresso).

Guests will check in with the Signature MGM guest services.
Other things to note
If your stay is longer than 4 days, or you need extra towels or a refreshed room, we can come and provide those items for $70. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Please do not contact Signature MGM housekeeping for linen and other items, this unit is independently managed and has a third party cleaning team that takes care of this unit. It is on a low floor. There is free valet parking, however it tends to get full when busy. If you have a vehicle and the valet is full, you may self park at mgm grand hotel. Please make sure not to store the magnetic room key near other credit cards etc because it tends to not work consistently. If this happens to your room key, please see the guest check in and let them know. There are some drinks, snacks, coffee and espresso, please help yourself. Please do not use the kitchen sink disposal.
