Sweet suite!

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The resort being smoke free was a huge plus for us. It was super convenient to use the walkway to the MGM, which has so much to do. The room was spacious and quite. The pools were amazing. Overall loved staying here and will definitely stay again.

What I loved most about this trip was the communication I had Louis. He was very sweet and understanding. Besides that the room was very lovely, the front desk was very nice, understanding. We had no complaints about the room, we were able to celebrate our Wedding the exact way we wanted to. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much

The recheck in was really easy with the reception having full details of my booking. The room itself was big and spacious. It was in immaculate condition and had every convenience I could think of, except a kettle. But I was able to heat water using the coffee maker so that wasn’t a problem. The facilities close to this location were outstanding and there is really good shopping close by in the Miracle Mile. The strip and adjacent hotels and casinos are a short walk. Checkout was also smooth.

Great alternative to a Vegas hotel

After reading the negative to barely satisfactory reviews on the cleanliness of the overwhelming majority of hotels on the Vegas strip we decided we needed an alternative. This was it. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and had the advantage of a mini-kitchen. This let us get up in the morning and have a leisurely breakfast w/o having to get dressed and going out. You are about 6-7 blocks from Las Vegas Blvd. You can go through the MGM tunnel and never go outside but the weather was so nice while we were there we always walked outside on Harmon Ave which puts you more in the center of things. [If you decided to go to old Vegas, you can take the city bus much cheaper than a cab. They have maps at the front desk.] We were on the 20th floor in Tower II and only once had someone on the elevator with us in 5 days. The floor was extremely quiet. Yes, you will have to walk a little further to the strip but it is worth it. For you coffee/tea drinkers, there is a limited amount of coffee packets, filters and tea packets in the room but you will either need to take some coffee and 4-cup filters with you or buy some after you get there if you drink more than a couple of cups a day. There is a Walgreens at the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Blvd that you can purchase coffee, snacks, breakfast foods, etc. [BTW, we spent 10 days in Manhattan earlier this year and were very surprised to find that the food in Vegas cost about the same but not as good.] The condo staff could not have been more helpful. The property is very nice. The owners were very responsive.

After staying here, I will NEVER stay directly on the strip again. Great for families- safe, secure, clean. Access to all the amenities of the strip/MGM, but able to say goodnight to it when you are ready. Excellent communication from host. Unit is as expected, including a huge bathroom.

Great stay with family

Nice place…we used the main mgm pool which was nice(bring your own drinks and food, much cheaper), be ready to walk! Lots of food options at the main area…dennys down the main strip has a good breakfast for less money! Great place and close to the strip and many options for dining or fast food, gym access and Starbucks too.

Registration process dissaster

I reserved two nights at this property and never got to use either because the registration process was such a disaster and nobody at VRBO would help. I received some registration info however no detailed information on where to checkin, with whom, when, etc. I emialed the host. all they would do is tell me was that, in the interest of security I had to find all of the info on the VRBO web site. I never could find the info there, so I pleaded with the host to speak with me by phone to clarify things, but they refused. I could find nowhere on the VRBO site to get help, so I saw little alternative but to find a hotel room.

Comfortable and clean with a great view.

From the day I booked the room, the host was great. They were very informative and answered any questions that I had promptly. The room was clean and stocked with the essentials. A quick call to the front desk and we were supplied with dinnerware and extra coffee. Throughout the stay, the host checked in to make sure everything was going well and answered questions. Really enjoyed our stay and the view was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future..

Trip Shortened By COVID-19

Clean, nice location and accurate online listing. Only stayed 2 nights due to pandemic. Could not get refund of money paid (yes, purchased travel insurance). Will be using hotels in the future. All Vegas hotels used by relatives did not charge them for unused stay. Husband had difficulty checking in and had delay contacting owners (no reimbursement, either). Had to contact maintenance for sink that would not drain. Facility and condo very clean. View of area nice. Enclosed Walkways to T-Mobile arena a great plus. Low rating due to lack of concessions for pandemic. Hotels worked well with travelers. Using VRBO, inflexible and you’re out the money.

Close to Strip

Overall a great property and great location. Clean, quiet, convenient location. We cannot give a 5 rating due to the time lost waiting for valet to park and retrieve our car. On average there was a 25 minute wait for our car to be retrieved by valet every day of our stay. Valet is free, of course tipping is expected, there is no self parking. *Make sure you factor into your plans the wait time for your car to be retrieved. There were many unhappy guests/owners waiting at the curb expressing how they were going to be late for reservations, etc. and the valet attendants were at times downright rude. Unfortunately during my stay, the week of Christmas, there were many call outs in the valet staff and on Christmas day guests were waiting 1-3 hours for their car to be retrieved by valet. We had a rental car we couldn't use as we did not have 1-3 hours to wait on valet, so found alternative transportation to our parent's house. The valet supervisor was unprofessional with his remarks to me on Christmas day, obviously having a bad day with no staff working and many upset guests. The next day I spoke to a desk representative about the whole valet situation, he did deliver great customer service and took care of a dinner for us due to this inconvenience.
