Our most luxurious suite will dazzle you with it's charm & romance! Finding a better location than The LOFT on MAIN would be close to impossible. With the large 2 person Roman bathtub, fireplace, luxury linens, exquisite décor and intimate balcony, you'll feel like you're in a 5 star luxury hotel in Paris, France. For years, The Loft has been a coveted spot for honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, engagements and those wanting a 5 Star experience. *Private transportation and tours available.

The Space:
Wonderful Loft with a large space and beautiful views overlooking downtown Main St. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

Guests will have full access to the Loft & all amenities included.

The Neighborhood:
Main Street access so you can walk to just about EVERYTHING! Located in downtown main st. You will be surrounded with shopping, great food spots, Fredericksburg's finest hot spots, and a beautiful winery right below for your evenings out.

Getting Around:
You will be located right on Main St. you can walk to all the shops, food, etc. Parking is located in front of the property on the main st. We also offer private transportation to places like dinner, special events and/or wineries. Please just let us know you would like to reserve transportation or a wine tour upon booking.

Other Things to Note:
This property is not suitable for children/infants.

This property is not pet friendly.

- Must climb stairs: there is stairs going up to the Loft. At least 20+ steps.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Great location with large living area

Really enjoyed the large double headed shower to the two person bathtub which also has jets. King sized bed was extremely comfy. The location is awesome and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect Loft

We've stayed in many places in and around Fred and this is now the new favorite. Great space, design, furnishings, balcony and the location if perfect.

Romantic getaway

This was our first time in Fredericksburg. It was absolutely perfect!😍😍😍 Everything about it was great. The location was great! The decor and cleanliness was perfect! The jacuzzi tub was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again!! 💜💜💜

Love the Vibe!

The location is great. The hosts are great—very attentive to every detail. The Loft is roomy and decorated well. The “kitchen” area was all that was needed. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The Main Street road noise was distracting
the noise machine helped. Our stay was delightful.

Good location

It was a good location. Easy walk to everything we did. Finding parking was a bit tough but we managed and then just moved the car closer when it cleared out. The room was as pictured and it was clean. My only complaint was the 10am checkout. Most places are 11am and that extra hour would have been nice. Otherwise fine.

Cozy Apartment on Main St

We had a good stay here, very nice apartment that included the balcony overlooking the street we spent some time sitting on. Bed was comfortable and the large walk-in shower was nice. Beware of the lockbox, if the black lever won't go down you have to hit the box with your hand a couple times. Great location, traffic at night didn't bother us, wasn't that loud.

Romantic Getaway!

We loved the atmosphere provided by the chic decor in this VRBO! The bathtub was amazing! We had difficulty getting in on check in day because the lockbox seemed old and possibly on it's last legs? The proprietor of the next door wine room said she has heard many other guests for say the same thing. In fact, she was kind enough to come over and help us with it as the instructions weren't terribly clear. But once we arrived inside, everything else was just perfect!

Fun in Fredericksburg

The property is on the main shopping street, in the middle of the block, within walking distance to everything. Great room; large jacuzzi in the room; great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. One drawback: the ad said there was cable television and streaming. There was no cable television and you must have a subscription to use the streaming. Not everyone streams, so we had nothing to watch. Need to change that advertisement.

Great but very noisy location on Main St

The Loft is funky & fun BUT the Main St of this quaint town is also a truck route and 18 wheelers drive noisily down all night long. After a sleepless 1st night we kept the AC fan running as white noise and that helped. It’s also very light filled bc there aren’t curtains on all the windows so bring sleep mask if that bothers you. It’s unfortunate bc it’s a great location to explore the town with proximity to shopping and dining. The bed was comfy, the furniture and layout was perfect and the big balcony was a nice place to hang out with coffee from the shop across the street. Just wish the traffic on Main St wasn’t so bad.

Biggest plus of this rental is the location. It is a noisy location even with the "white noise" machine provided. Lighting is very dark. They have a lighted mirror in the bathroom that does not work. To get ready I needed sit in the main living area where I could get outside light. The blue pillows on the beds are stained. The locations is great and is ideal if you want to be on Main and close to shops.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location is great for access to downtown Fredericksburg. The room was spacious and luxurious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed!
