This charming 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom quiet lower-level floor apartment in a home is perfect for a family or small group. We offer:
* 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom (Jack and Jill bathroom)

* Kitchen and laundry upstairs - shared by all (the owner, who lives at the house and the guest), if desired, for your use

Centrally located, close to downtown, hikes, all shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. Enjoy the morning coffee on the porch, and if you're lucky, you may even get a view of the mountains đŸ”ïž. Guests will have the whole lower-level area to their own use. We look forward hosting you soonest!

We love hosting but we respect privacy. We will stay out of your way as much as you desire but if you’re willing, we’ll share meals - we adopt to guests' preferences. *** Please note the whole lower area is for guests use only. You will need the ability to walk down 12 stairs). If you so desire, you are welcome to use the full kitchen and the washing machine and dryer located upstairs (walk up 12 stairs). Owners, when present, occupy upstairs***

No door leading to the basement which meant no privacy at all. We felt very uncomfortable for that reason and went to a hotel. Now we are out over 700 for this stay. They need to note there isnt even a door in the listing

Great alternative to hotel

Hosts were very communicative, space was clean and had everything I needed. This was a great alternative to a hotel stay. I was visiting family and renting an entire house seemed excessive and costly. This was the perfect accommodation for my needs. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

VRBO runs ads that you always have the property to yourself. I'm sorry, but when your host can walk to the area you are in and not have to open any doors, this is not private. When you enter the front door, they use too, this is not private. When you can see them turning on lights upstairs, not private. I will say the host was no problem at all, this house just isn't able to have a PRIVATE area. There is no door to the basement, and that is where you will live. If you are ok with this, it is a great place and we had everything we needed. Didn't use anything upstairs and wouldn't have cuz, not private.
