This was the cutest little cottage with an easy walk to downtown. Shopping, restaurants and bars as well as the Farmers Market were all within walking distance. The place was very clean and had just about everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Colorado Springs!

This was a fantastic little house to stay in. The hosts were so thoughtful in every little detail. I haven’t stayed in a VRBO that is so well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Checkout was super easy as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

The Gnome Home was perfect for my son and I during our visit to Colorado Springs with family. The proximity to downtown was perfect and being right around the corner from Shuga’s was great. The house itself was very well appointed with a lovely back yard and great bathtub. We appreciated the snacks, treats, coffee and tea. Highly recommend!

Cute comfortable bungalow, easy in/out. Very well equipped kitchen, nice to have washer/dryer. Walking distance to a few restaurants, close driving to several others. Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods a mere 20 minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

This charming bungalow in the most adorable neighborhood had everything we could possibly need during our COS vacation. All the extra touches (snacks, bottled water, kitchen and bathroom amenities) were SO thoughtful. It's the perfect location within walking distance for delicious food and drink. We appreciate the owners going the extra mile for the comfort of their guests.

This is our second time staying here. The location is convenient to many of the area attractions and numerous restaurants are within walking distance downtown or there is a free bus to downtown just a short walk from the house.. The cottage is comfortable and the owner informed us on how to check in which was very easy. Be aware there is street parking only and if there is an event at the soccer stadium 2 blocks away you may lose your parking in front of the house if you decide to go out. Parking was very easy if there was no events going on. The home has all the supplies to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware and dishes.
