Nature's Delight, Day and Night - This gorgeous unique 2700 sqft chalet sits on a peaceful wooded 2 acre lot located within 2 miles from the village & minutes from Ellicottville's outdoor activities. Relax by the fire, hot tub, game room, or enjoy the beautiful night sky perfect for stargazing. Our themed bedrooms will make your stay memorable! Chalet is outfitted with theme rooms (Bear Room, Fox Room, Deer Room, and Coyote Room), Fiber optic high speed internet, 6 TVs all with Rokus with integrated access to our 350+ movie library. Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 8 Full Beds (of which are 3 Full Bunks), and 2 Twin. 24 guests maximum with 12 couples or 13 individuals max please and 25 years old minimum age required. 100% refund if cancel request received 60 days or more before check-in.

This place has it all! Perfect for hosting 3-4 families, large groups, or up to 12 couples. Private access to the entire space including 2 acre lot with plenty of parking for 14 cars, radiant floor heating, and split system A/C. We offer fiber optic high speed internet with speeds up to 300Mbp/s. This chalet has unique themed bedrooms and provides a breadth of amenities including: a chef's paradise having a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and integrated wine fridge, basic condiments (including spices), coffee bar with Keurig, programmable coffee maker including ground coffee, an assortment of K-Cups, towels, toilet paper, and tissues. The lower floor has a game room with wet bar outfitted with three standup arcade machines (8000+ classic games, Golden Tee Golf), Gottlieb virtual pinball machine (30+ tables), Super Chexx bubble hockey, Xbox (and games), Atari (integrated with 100 games), foosball table, board games, dart board, and horseshoes (outside). The place has five TVs (four of which are large screen) all with Roku devices with integrated Movie library access (300+ movies). We also provide a screened 3 season porch with seating for 6, integrated exterior sound, 80 qt. beer/drink cooler, and equipped with a Weber 4 burner gas grill with prep table. Front porch has integrated exterior sound, with additional seating for 10. Outdoor patio has a seven person hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating, 8' convertible picnic table, patio table with umbrella, both a gas and wood burning firepits (guests are expected to provide their own wood), along with a playground for the kids. High chair and pack 'n play for the lils.

Note: We provide Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Pluto TV, Freevee, and Roku apps as our free streaming options. If you require Standard Cable TV, we are equipped to offer either YouTube TV or Sling TV at an additional charge upon request.

DISCLOSURE: For increased guest satisfaction and security, we have two outdoor security cameras. One camera is located on the front of the house that points to the front drive to the street. One camera is located on the back of the house points to the backyard to the woods. No surveillance of the exterior front covered wood patio, side entryway, or back stone patio areas (hot tub is location). We respect your privacy and your safety!

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: We will try to accommodate early check-ins, however, we can not guarantee them. If granted, guests agree to an early check-in fee for early check-ins up to 6 hours prior to designated check-in time at 50% the nightly rate. Greater than 6 hours, guests will need to book an additional night.
