Cute house & convenient location

It was the perfect amount of space for us and our two kids while visiting family for the holiday. The house was clean, nice, and conveniently located in downtown Fishers. I would definitely stay again!

Great Fisher's Location!

Very close to Fisher's restaurants and venues. The house clean, comfortable and well furnished. The host was available for questions and concerns. We would stay there again.

Founders Place

It was a great home away from home, the location was perfect. Will definitely come back and stay in the summer when we can walk into the downtown Fishers area.The house was clean, plenty of seating for our group. Thank you Liz for being a great host.Happy New Year!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay, what a great location. We went to the Indy 500 and it was convenient to plenty of restaurants, the expressways and a nearby walking trail. Close to shopping and things to do nearby. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We appreciated the welcome info.

Wedding Stay

We rented this property to be close to our daughter’s wedding at the Historic Ambassador House. It was an ideal location as it was an easy close drive to the wedding venue and hotels. The property was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. It was a comfortable retreat in between all of the various weekend activities.

Smooth- exactly how you want your Vrbo stay to be!

The property was in an awesome location in Fishers and close to shopping, restaurants and bars and family. It was very clean and looked newly updated. Open floor plan and no stairs for my parents to visit. Lizz, the homeowner, was responsive and very nice. Easy check in and out. Overall Great stay.

Fishers visit

Our family of six adults and two children stayed in Fishers for a wedding. We liked the house and the location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to a walking trail and Target for a few last-minute items. Liz was very easy to reach and got us a pack and play along with a booster seat for our one year old. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Your home was very comfortable. Really appreciated the quick response for the need to change water filter. One recommendation I may make, we seniors are more comfortable showering if there are bars to hold.

Great property… Fabulous Host

Great opportunity to visit with our family! Such a beautiful house with ALL the immunities! Quiet neighborhood. About 25 minutes from the Speedway… and minutes from restaurants and shopping! Rooms are nice size… especially master bedroom. Lizz responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway to Indy and Lizz is an A+++ Host! Thank you!

Met with 2 friends for 4 days of golf. House is convenient to courses and food options, as well as road access for travel.Bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms clean and neat. Great Location

Our visit was to see family. Property was spacious, located near the Fishers downtown. Kitchen had the basics, but could use a few more pieces like a ladle and cooking spoons for stirring in pots. Code lock facilitated easy entry and check in. Nearby walking trails were nice. Could tell the property had been recently updated (flooring, paint), but guest bathroom toilet wasn’t solidly affixed and we saw some leaks that we let owner know about. The property owner was very responsive and came first thing the next day; made adjustments that stopped the leak and said they would fully repair once our rental time was up. My family agreed we would stay there again! Good value for the price!

Back Home Again in Indiana

Our first home was built in 1993 in this neighborhood. The location to the downtown Fishers area was excellent and as we remembered with a lot of updates to the area. We wish the same could have been said about the home we stayed in. Upon our arrival the home was nothing short of filthy - no wash clothes, the master bedroom comforter dirty with what looked like mud foot prints (possibly from a child or pet even though pets were stated as not allowed), the bathrooms had to be the original because they looked like what was in our first home and not clean-the guest bathroom tub actually was black, all of the laminate flooring was so dirty we had to leave our shoes on and buy swiffer wet mop refills the next morning to clean...anyway, the property manager was apologetic and responsive but we definitely would not recommend this house or stay here again. We return to Indiana often and this is our first time in a home via Vrbo and it was not the experience we had hoped but have taken it as an opportunity for a lot of lessons learned.

Denise, we’re so sorry you felt that your stay resulted in a 2 star review. Since we did try to work with you to make your stay enjoyable. We have been working to update the house but, this takes time. So far, we have updated the floors, light fixtures, ceiling fan, all new paint. Updates take time. We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay.
