Timberline 16 with Hot Tub

Timberline 16 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home spread across three levels with a private hot tub and barbeque on the deck around the back. Outfitted with a traditional ski cottage decor, you'll greatly enjoy the modern huge wall-mounted flat screen TV above the gorgeous stone fireplace in the living room!

This home features a unique bedding configuration, with a queen bed and set of bunkbeds in the master bedroom, and a queen bed and tri-bunk in the second bedroom. Between the two bedrooms on the top floor is a full bathroom, and the main floor has a half bathroom.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
