Relax with your family in this recently updated 1800-square-foot property with a 3-season sunroom overlooking a beautiful water feature (seasonal). The condo has a spacious living room with a 55-inch TV, a stunning kitchen with granite countertops, and a separate dining room. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. The unit is located on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs to access the main floor. The main floor bedrooms have king beds. There is a queen bed in the open loft bedroom as well as 2 roll-away beds. This is a great area for kids! Additionally, the upstairs bedroom features a dedicated work space, complete with a writing desk, an office chair, and a desk lamp. There is also a rocker/glider, highchair, baby gate, and pack 'n play for the little ones. Spend time as a family playing with the provided board games, enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom, or curl up with one of the provided books on the sofa! The unit is well-stocked with the essentials required for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more.

Pointe Royale is a gated golf community with beautifully maintained grounds and access to Lake Taneycomo. Enjoy fishing with artificial lures right from the property grounds. The Club House is a short walk right across the street! There, you will find a restaurant, Pro Shop, large outdoor and indoor pools (outdoor pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day), an outdoor hot tub, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and a workout room. Boat parking is available across the street at Branson Self Storage for a fee. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the 76 Strip, 8 miles from Silver Dollar City, and 5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake. You will never be far from any of the fun that Branson has to offer! This is a 2nd-floor unit, so it is not recommended for individuals with difficulty navigating stairs.

Description of the property was spot on. The condo was clean and comfortable. Love the extras like the game cabinet, pool floats/noodles, sports equipment to use at the clubhouse. The proximity to the clubhouse, pools, etc was probably my favorite detail. Overall love this resort and this property. Would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was excellent! The location is very convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained. Everything is labeled clearly and basic items are well stocked. The layout worked perfectly for our family. Lots of space. The sun room was wonderful for enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. The pool area is really nice. We appreciated the clear and timely communication from the hosts. Thank you for a terrific stay in Branson!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Branson. Our condo was clean, well supplied with everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. You are very close to all attractions. Checking in and out was very easy. Having keyless entry to the unit is great when you have 2 families coming and going. It was very hot while we were there so we spent a lot of time at the pool. Pool area was very nice with a tiki bar close at hand. Pool toys for the kids were readily available. Our kids did make use of the golfing pkg. Apparently there is a dress code for men which we were unaware of. Make sure you wear a collared shirt and not a T-shirt so you don’t get shamed by the attendant at the golf course. Other than that, everyone else was very pleasant. The people working at the entrance gate were all very friendly and efficient. We have stayed in Pointe Royale several times and love it. Will definitely be back!!!

Everything about this place was perfect! Very quiet and close to everything! The rooms were very comfy and cozy and the COVERED PATIO was just the cherry on top, especially on a rainy day with a cup of coffee and a good book! Host was very kind and provided prompt response to questions. One of the best places I have ever stayed in while in Branson! 10 stars!

The location looked as it was advertised. Very easy check-out process. Used washer, dryer, dishwasher and coffee pot- everything worked great! Also really enjoyed using passes for pickleball court and appreciated the supllies for that in the unit. Spacious bedrooms, huge closet, nice bayhrooms! We definitely enjoyed ourselves!
